射頻連接器金屬圓管設計與製造

摘要


隨著電動車的崛起使車聯網逐步發展為高速數據(HSD)連接和FAKRA(德國標準Fachkreis Automobil)連接器帶來巨大商機。目前98%的電動車將連接到互聯網而且平均安裝15個FAKRA / HSD連接器,透過同軸電纜連接到車輛上的自動駕駛輔助系統、攝像頭、傳感器和導航源等等,以接受各種信號,因此各大車廠如今十分注重連接器的快速通訊與高頻訊號傳遞。 Mini FAKRA連接器性能在汽車工業中為首屈一指,與傳統的FAKRA連接器相比可節省高達80%的空間,傳輸速度最高可達28Gbps,被業內廣泛應用,但其製程上還可再優化,尤其是金屬圓管部分,因為壁厚太薄讓設計與製造變得困難及良率不佳。 本研究之目的為以大量生產為前提,設計出產能高、成本低以及方便組裝的Mini FAKRA連接器的金屬圓管並選擇適合的材料與製程,使Mini FAKRA 連接器提高生產效率與競爭力。

With the rise of electric vehicles, the progressive development of vehicle networking has created a huge opportunity for high-speed data (HSD) connectivity and FAKRA (German standard Fachkreis Automobil) connectors. With 98% of electric vehicles now are connected to the internet and an average of 15 FAKRA / HSD connectors are installed to receive signals from the automatic driver assistance system of vehicle's, cameras, sensors, navigation sources, etc. via coaxial cables. Major car manufacturers are now focusing on fast communication and high-frequency signal transmission through the connectors. The Mini FAKRA connector is one of the leading connectors in the automotive industry, saving up to 80% of space compared to the conventional FAKRA connector and achieving a transmission speed of up to 28 Gbps. The objective of this study is to design the metal tube of Mini FAKRA connector and to select the production method with high capacity, low unit cost, and easy assembly to improve the production efficiency and competitiveness of Mini FAKRA connector based on the premise of mass production.
