本研究旨在探討在家工作、遠距辦公模式對工作效能的影響。遠距辦公模式在近年來迅速崛起,尤其是在全球因COVID-19疫情的影響下,越來越多的公司和個人開始實施遠距辦公政策。然而,關於遠距辦公模式對工作效能的影響,存在著一些不確定性和爭議。 本文採用深度訪談法,訪談來自不同組織和行業的員工。我們收集了關於在家工作的各種觀點和經驗。研究結果顯示,遠距辦公模式對工作效能有著正面的影響。使員工能夠平衡工作和生活,減少通勤時間和交通成本,提高工作效率。此外,還可提供員工更多的自主性和自由度,有助於發揮創造力和創新能力。其對公司有著重要的影響,包括降低辦公空間成本、吸引人才和提高員工保留率。然而遠距辦公模式存在一些潛在的挑戰和限制。包括缺乏面對面的交流可能導致團隊合作能力的下降;較高的自我管理要求;以及技術和信息安全風險等問題。 綜合以上結果,遠距辦公模式對工作效能有著積極的影響,但同時也需要公司和個人採取一系列措施來應對相關挑戰。這包括建立良好的通信和協作機制、提供必要的技術支持和培訓、加強自我管理能力等。未來的研究可以進一步深入探討遠距辦公模式對不同行業和職業的影響,以及進一步探索如何做到最大程度地發揮。
This purpose of this research is about the effectiveness and efficiency under work remotely. With COVID pandemic impact, remote working mode has become popular after widely applied by more and more companies. However, there’re uncertainty and controversial on work remotely mode effectiveness and efficiency. Through literature reviews and interviews, we have collected different perspectives and experiences sharing from employee in different organizations and occupations. Study revealed remote working provide positive effects due to flexibility of working places, balance in life which result higher self-satisfaction and work dedication. In addition, remote working allows to increase work efficiency and spending fewer commute time and cost. Besides, flexibility and freedom working hour allow employee to development and more creativity at work in order to have better productivity and job satisfaction. On the employer side, the positive effective brought by work from home including lower office spending, professional talent engagement and lower turnover rate. These are significant finding on WFH trend and related challenges while facing problem above. However, research also indicated that implementing working remotely do have potential limitation and challenges. Which included lower team work productivity due to non face to face communication and discussion; higher self-discipline moral should be possesses by employee, moreover employee should be have better time management and organization skill; Not to mention other challenges such as technical and security risk. Also, beside isolation and communication problem, WFH style will have very ambiguous boundaries between work and life balance. As conclusion, working remotely make signification affect on work efficiency but also need to take a series of support measures to overcome challenges. These included a good communication tool, cooperation culture, training, self-discipline capability. In coming research, may further study the impact base on different industries and occupations as well as how to maximize the positive outcome working remotely.
