本研究旨在探討結合虛擬實境技術(VR)與生成式人工智慧(AI)技術,以紓解大學生心理壓力的應用效果。隨著心理健康問題的日益凸顯,尤其是在大學生群體中,尋找有效的紓解壓力方法變得極為重要。虛擬實境技術因其沉浸式體驗的特色,被認為是一種具有潛力的壓力紓解工具。而生成式AI技術,透過創造個人化的互動體驗,有望進一步提升VR環境的效果。本研究將結合沉浸式VR,並利用生成式AI技術針對不同問題來進行個人化回答,旨在提供一種創新的心理壓力緩解方法。本研究也期望揭露這些技術如何相互共同作用,以達到有效減輕或舒緩大學生心理壓力之目的。研究結果將為未來在教育與心理健康領域的技術應用提供理論與影響。
This study aims to explore the effectiveness of integrating Virtual Reality (VR) and Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies in alleviating psychological stress among college students. As mental health issues become increasingly prominent, especially within the college student population, finding effective stress relief methods has become critically important. Virtual Reality technology, with its immersive experiences, is considered a potential tool for stress relief. Meanwhile, Generative AI technology, through creating personalized interactive experiences, is expected to further enhance the effectiveness of VR environments. This study will combine immersive VR, utilizing Generative AI technology to provide personalized responses to various issues, aiming to offer an innovative method for psychological stress relief. This research also seeks to unveil how these technologies interact with each other to effectively reduce or alleviate psychological stress among college students. The results of the study are expected to provide theoretical and practical implications for the application of technology in the fields of education and mental health.
