中國的軍事戰略於2015年提出 :「建設鞏固國防和強大軍隊是中國現代化建設的戰略任務,是國家和平發展的安全保障」及「中國夢是強國夢,對軍隊來說就是強軍夢;強軍才能衛國,強國必須強軍」近年中共解放軍空軍除多次跨越海峽中線,執行繞臺演習,並配合中共海軍進行遠海長航接應掩護,顯示中共的空軍戰略,已逐漸的由原本的國土防空型,轉變成攻防兼備型,並具有遠距離的攻擊與防禦能力。 中共空軍所自主研發的第五代戰機即殲-20匿蹤戰機,於2011年完成首次試飛後,2016年11月1日在廣東珠海舉辦的第11屆中國國際航空航太博覽會中首次公諸於世 ,5年時間從原型機試飛到量產階段,並且於2017年開始列裝部隊,其匿蹤效果讓我國現有的雷達偵察能力極具挑戰,若殲-20戰機猝然對我重要設施實施突擊,將壓縮也考驗著臺灣空防反應的能力。 近年探討有關中共空軍戰略與匿蹤戰機的發展著作蠻多的,對本篇論文參考、分析及研究助益良多,在文獻蒐集方面,共區分學者相關著作與學者發表的研究等項目,本論文採用「歷史研究途徑」,藉由歷史資料具體、詳細的陳述過程中,客觀的從歷史觀點解釋其中的因果關係及有關因素,並以「文獻分析法」,經由分析文獻、書籍、歷史資料進行的研究方法,在進行文獻分析時,並仔細考慮其優點和局限性,與其他研究方法相結合,以獲得更全面和可靠的研究結果。 本篇論文先探討中共空軍戰略的轉變,以及殲-20戰機的發展歷程、性能評估與空戰時所擔負的角色為主軸,再深入分析對我國目前最新戰機的戰力比較與對我空中監偵能力的影響,藉由中共殲-20匿蹤戰機的性能與特性,檢視我整體防衛作戰構想與聯合防空能力,並結合個人實際參與飛行作戰及實務經驗,尋找因應之道與未來國防工業發展方向,且針對未來殲-20戰機任務與數量、中共裝備一代研製一代政策,面對殲-20戰機發展,在我目前僅具4.5代戰機能力下,提出未來研究方向與政策建議。
The fifth-generation stealth fighter developed by the People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) of the Chinese Communist Party, known as the J-20, made its first test flight in 2011. It was publicly unveiled for the first time on November 1, 2016, during the 11th China International Aviation Aerospace Exhibition held in Zhuhai, Guangdong Province. Within a span of five years, it progressed from prototype testing to mass production and was officially deployed in 2017. Its stealth capabilities pose a significant challenge to our country's existing radar detection capabilities. If the J-20 fighter were to launch a sudden attack on our critical facilities, it would severely test Taiwan's air defense response and capabilities. This thesis primarily explores the strategic transformation of the People's Liberation Army Air Force (PLAAF) and focuses on the development history, performance evaluation, and role in aerial combat of the J-20 fighter aircraft. Furthermore, it thoroughly analyzes the impact on our country's latest fighter aircraft's combat capabilities and aerial surveillance capabilities. By examining the performance and characteristics of the PLAAF's J-20 stealth fighter, it aims to assess our overall defense operations and joint air defense capabilities. Drawing upon personal experiences participating in flight operations and practical knowledge, this research seeks to identify strategies and future directions for national defense industrial development. Additionally, it addresses the future missions and quantities of the J-20 fighter, as well as the Chinese Communist Party's policy of developing equipment from one generation to the next, and presents research directions and policy recommendations to cope with the development of the J-20 fighter, considering our current 4.5-generation fighter capabilities.
