過往為紓解大量車流、減少壅塞的情況發生,將行穿線路設置通常會與路緣延伸線貼齊,導致駕駛者轉彎時缺乏緩衝,容易產生視線死角,造成行人路口事故件數增加。目前針對行人流量高且易肇事之路口實施行穿線退縮之路口改善計畫,以增進行人穿越路口的安全、減少駕駛者視線死角的產生為目的,但行穿線退縮後路口範圍變大,車輛通過路口時間增加,可能導致各轉向的車流紓解及路口容量的影響。 本研究於平日上午尖峰時間錄影收集實際路口資料,利用PTV VISSIM微觀車流軟體建立實際路口環境並輸出車流量,透過建立多元線性迴歸找出影響路口容量之因素,使用成對樣本T檢及獨立樣本T檢定分析行穿線退縮與未退縮對各轉向車流紓解、路口容量是否有差異。研究結果顯示行穿線退縮對路口容量與各轉向車流紓解不顯著,對號誌週期的影響亦無顯著差異,表示所計算出新的號誌週期與原始號誌週期對行穿線退縮之路口容量影響不顯著,因此無須調整號誌週期。行穿線退縮不僅對於路口容量與各轉向車流紓解無顯著差異,還可增加駕駛者行經路口處的明視性,進而降低路口事故件數。
In the past, to relieve a large amount of traffic and reduce congestion, the crosswalk was usually set up in line with the curb edges, resulting in the lack of cushioning when the driver turned when turning, which was easy to produce a blind spot and increase the number of pedestrian intersection accidents. At present, the intersection improvement plan is implemented for intersections with high pedestrian flow and accident-prone intersections, in order to improve the safety of pedestrians crossing intersections and reduce the occurrence of blind spots of drivers. However, the intersection area is enlarged after the pedestrian crossing retreat, and the time for vehicles to pass through intersections is increased, which may lead to the traffic flow of each movement and the impact of intersection capacity. In the study, the actual intersection data was collected by video recording during morning rush hours on weekdays, and the simulated intersection environment was established using PTV VISSIM micro-traffic flow software to output traffic model.By establishing multiple linear regression, the factors that affect the intersection capacity are found out, and the traffic flow that may lead to each turn and the influence of the intersection capacity are added. Use paired sample T-tests and independent sample T-tests to analyze whether there is a difference in the dispersion of traffic flow and intersection capacity between the crosswalk setback. The research results show that the crosswalk setback has no significant effect on the capacity of the intersection and the diversion of each turning traffic flow, and there is no significant difference in the impact on the signal timing plan, which means that the calculated new signal timing plan and the original signal timing plan have an impact on the crossing capacity of the crossing retreat insignificant, so no need to adjust the signal period. Line threading retreat not only has no significant difference in the capacity of intersections and the diversion of each turning traffic flow, but also increases the visibility of drivers passing through intersections, thereby reducing the number of accidents at intersections.
