多數的民主國家中,用法律治理國家為世界各國依循的準則,如何讓法治國的精神能夠在人民的心中深刻留下印記,我國的教育係透過法治教育融入國民中學試圖讓國中生能夠養成知法守法的好習慣。本研究採用量化測驗與訪談進行研究,以2個國二數理班群的學生為研究對象。本研究發現,法治教育的輔助能夠強化現階段學生對於權利法規的重視,當法治教育成功融入課程時,可以對學生的自我行為產生約束效應,另外,結合法治教育的教學有助於學生成為守法的好國民,最後,學生的自我行為也能形成約束效應,學生藉由一些較生活化的情境與法學理論進行結合,同時能夠加以運用的時候,面對國中階段學生所必須具備的基本法學理論,展現出良好的學習成效。
In most democracies, the rule of law was the norm that all countries in the world follow. How could the spirit of the rule of law left a deep mark in the hearts of the people? Taiwan had integrated the rule of law education into national high schools in an attempt to enable middle school students to develop knowledge of the law and abiding by the law. The study used quantitative tests and interviews to conduct research. The subjects would be middle school students as the main body of research. The study found that the assistance of legal education can strengthen students’ attention to rights and regulations at this stage. When legal education was successfully integrated into the curriculum, it can have a restraining effect on students’ self-behavior. In addition, the teaching combined with education in the rule of law creates students to become good citizens of law-abiding. Finally, the self-behavior of students could also form a restraining effect. Students combined some more life-oriented situations with legal theories, and at the same time can apply them, demonstrate good behaviors in the basic legal theories that middle school students must have learning effectiveness.
