摘要


研究人員已經制定了多種牙科植體植入和加載時間表,範圍從拔牙當天的立即植入到完全癒合後至少 6 個月的延遲植入。 然而,預期的臨床結果也高度依賴於多種因素:例如植入物的宏觀設計和手術技術,以及局部骨的質量和數量,但這些因素也指向植入後的初期穩定性。 植牙的發展也必須滿足患者對舒適度、美觀度和更短的治療週期。 隨著生物醫學材料的進步,植入物宏觀設計、植入物微表面改性和生物力學初始穩定概念的改進促進了成功的臨床實踐。 未來分析本質問題,植體負重的結果取決於初始植體的穩定性、手術技術、骨的質量和數量以及質量和咬合動作。 因此,本研究的目的是探討牙科植體植入的影響因素以及加載模式與種植體設計之間的關係,以進一步為牙醫師提供臨床種植體需求的考慮。

Researchers have established a variety of implant placement and loading schedules ranging from immediate implant placement on the day of extraction to late implant placement at least 6 months after complete healing. However, the expected clinical outcome is also highly dependent on multiple factors: such as the macroscopic design of the implant and surgical technique, as well as the quality and quantity of local bone, but these factors also point to primary stability after implantation. The development of dental implantation has to meet the increasing demands of patients in comfort, aesthetics and shorter treatment cycles. Future analysis in the essential issues, the outcome of implant loading depend on primary implant stability, surgical technique, quality and quantity of bone and quality and occlusal action. Therefore, the aim of this study was to investigate the influencing factors of implant placement and the relationship between loading patterns and implant design.
