攜帶式紫外線消毒設備殺菌效果分析

摘要


因近年來科技的發達,資訊也都能快速地從手機得知,民眾對於食品的安全衛生也更加重視,而2019年COVID-19的爆發也使民眾更加注重防疫。不只酒精與次氯酸水等防疫用品熱賣,紫外線消毒燈等殺菌設備也特別受到青睞。市面上有許多便攜式紫外線消毒產品,品牌與款式多樣且參差不齊,其中亦有聲稱19秒即可快速消毒的產品,但大多未提供檢測數據,故無以確認其效果。本研究使用波長275 nm、390 nm的攜帶式紫外線消毒產品,探討其殺菌效果。將消毒設備覆蓋在菌數約104、105 CFU的菌株上,距離照射表面3公分,照射菌種有綠膿桿菌、沙門氏桿菌、金黃色葡萄球菌、抗藥性金黃色葡萄球菌、李斯特菌、病原性大腸桿菌以及腸出血性大腸桿菌,將其置於選擇性培養基表面,進行60 s、120 s、180 s之照射。研究結果顯示,實驗菌種中在相同條件下,攜帶式紫外線消毒產品對腸出血性大腸桿菌之殺菌效果最佳,於60 s即可將病原菌全數殺滅,而沙門氏桿菌相較於其他菌種,其對UVC之抗性較高。而值得一提的是幾乎全部菌種經過60 s照射後,菌落數都有顯著降低,可得知殺菌功效大多取決於照射時間的差異,證實了攜帶式紫外線消毒產品之殺菌效果顯著有效,並且能成為未來消毒的趨勢。

Due to the development of science and technology in recent years, information can be quickly obtained from mobile phones, and people pay more attention to the safety and hygiene of food, and the outbreak of COVID-19 in 2019 has also made people pay more attention to epidemic prevention. Not only are alcohol and hypochlorous acid water and other anti-epidemic supplies popular, but sterilization equipment such as ultraviolet disinfection lamps are also particularly favored. There are many portable UV disinfection products on the market with various brands and styles. Among them, there are also products that claim to be able to quickly disinfect in 19 seconds, but most of them do not provide test data, so their effects cannot be confirmed. In this study, portable ultraviolet disinfection products with wavelengths of 275 nm and 390 nm were used to confirm their sterilization effects. The strains with the count of about 104 and 105 CFU, used in this study, were covered by the disinfection equipment 3 cm away from the irradiation surface, and the strains including Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Salmonella, Staphylococcus aureus, drug-resistant Staphylococcus aureus, Listeria pathogenic, Escherichia coli, and enterohemorrhagic E. coli, EHEC O157:H7, were placed on the surface of the selective medium and irradiated for 60 s, 120 s, and 180 s. The research results show that under the same conditions, the portable UV disinfection product has the best bactericidal effect on E. coli, and can kill all the pathogenic bacteria in 60 s. Compared with other strains, Salmonella , which has higher resistance to UVC. It is worth mentioning that after 60 s irradiation of almost all strains, the number of colonies has been significantly reduced. It can be seen that the sterilization effect mostly depends on the difference of irradiation time, which confirms that the sterilization effect of portable ultraviolet disinfection products is significantly effective, and can Become the trend of disinfection in the future.
