精蟲品質與生活型態相關性探討

Correlation between semen quality and lifestyle

中文摘要 隨著文明的進步,讓現代人的生活方式變得多樣化,生活型態與飲食模式習慣也有大幅度的改變。數位科技的進步與知識的暴增,人腦每日需要吸收及處理的資訊量與日俱增,增加現代人許多心理壓力。國內不孕症求診病人數近年逐漸增加。為了探討成年男性的生理特性、生活型態以及心理壓力,與其精液品質的相關性。我們的研究招募年齡18歲以上之一般男性志願者,共收案67人,藉由問卷及精液分析數據,分析觀察到個案的腰臀比與精蟲活動力、擺幅 (Amplitude of Lateral Head displacement, ALH)以及擺頻 (Beat Frequency, BF)呈現明顯負相關,皮爾森相關係數分別是-0.294 (P=0.016)、-0.318 (P=0.009)、-0.382 (P=0.001)。另外年紀增長與ALH、BF成明顯負相關,皮爾森相關係數分別為-0.244 (P=0.047)、-0.389 (P=0.001)。抽菸也與ALH、BF成明顯負相關,皮爾森相關係數分別為-0.308 (P=0.011)、-0.370 (P=0.002)。我們的研究結果顯示,腰臀比愈高、年紀愈大,精蟲活動力較差,並且抽菸會降低精蟲活動力。這顯示著腰臀比、年紀的增加及抽菸的習慣,都與不明原因的男性不孕症有關。

With the progress of civilization, the lifestyle of modern people has become diversified, and the habits of life style and eating patterns have also changed drastically. With the advancement of digital technology and the surge of knowledge, the amount of information that the human brain needs to absorb and process on a daily basis is increasing day by day, increasing the psychological pressure of modern people. The number of patients seeking infertility in China has gradually increased in recent years. To investigate the correlation between semen quality and the physiological characteristics, lifestyles and psychological stress of mature men. Our study recruited general male volunteers over the age of 18, and received a total of 67 cases, valid questionnaires and semen analysis data were obtained. It was observed that waist-to-hip ratio and sperm motility, amplitude of lateral head displacement (ALH) and beat frequency (BF) were obviously negative correlation, the Pearson correlation coefficients were -0.294 (P=0.016), -0.318 (P=0.009) and -0.382 (P=0.001), respectively. In addition, the age was significantly negatively correlated with ALH and Beat Frequency. The Pearson correlation coefficients were -0.244 (P=0.047) and -0.389 (P=0.001), respectively. Smoking was also significantly negatively correlated with ALH and Beat Frequency. The correlation coefficient of Pearson was -0.308 (P=0.011) and-0.370 (P=0.002), respectively. Our results show that the greater the waist-to-hip ratio is, the older the age grows, the poorer the sperm motility is. There is a significant relationship between smoking and sperm motility. The above correlation is likely to show that the increase of waist-to-hip ratio and age and smoking habits are all related to unexplained male infertility.
