The following thesis is a business plan in its entirety. I believe that this business plan demonstrates a unique combination of old business models with new technology. The company is stripped down, devoid of unnecessary overhead, resulting in higher profit margins. This was partially borne out of necessity. High commercial real estate rental rates in Taipei City create a prohibitively high barrier to entry. I believe these rates don’t allow businesses to “get on their feet” in their first few years and lead ultimately to failure of many businesses. This business plan reduces the risk of such a failure by reducing the need for excessive startup funding which would be wasted on renting a store front. The company was started with one tricycle in the summer of 2018 during which we tried to prove the feasibility of the business model. Having found that it was a success, we decided to scale up. This business plan represents the first 5 years after deciding to put the full scale business into action in 2019.
