「返老還童快樂村」–老人長期照護機構事業計畫書

台灣從2018年起65歲以上老年人口數達343萬多人超過14%，正式邁入高齡社會，失能人口約79.4萬人，以需求約2成估算，近15.9萬人需要接受住宿型長期照護服務。然而台灣社會對老人長期照護的思維，大多數仍停留在如何提供老人生活照顧的層次，是一種照顧者主動提供服務給受照顧者的模式；長照機構像工廠般，按表操課，不考慮個別差異與個人意願，只提供統一的服務。缺乏從老人心理層面去探討，如何才能滿足老人的心理需求？如何才能讓老人家過得更快樂？從受照顧者的需求層面來探討，該提供給老人甚麼服務？該如何提供服務？本計畫觀察到很多住宿在養護機構老人家不快樂，更讓人難過的是，沒有人在乎他們快不快樂！大家只在意老人家有沒有吃飽？睡好？有沒有忘記吃藥？似乎認為只要讓老人活著，快樂與否？對老人家-不-重-要-。本計畫企圖以創新的理念及經營策略，引導台灣長照產業往優質服務發展，希望能帶給長輩快樂的晚年生活。  本計畫「返老還童快樂村」的理念一、激發老人家想要重新找回生活樂趣的動機二、「減法照顧」、「自立支援」的照護哲學三、提供優質生活環境對長者身心靈健康產生正面影響  市場定位：台北東區環境最好、照護人員最有愛心、讓長輩最開心的養護機構。  價值主張：為無法自主生活的老人提供全方位身、心、靈的照護，讓老人家感到快樂。  策略及活動： 1. 渡假飯店式建築–千坪公園、交誼廳、健身房、餐廳、KTV、電影院等設施。 2. 屋頂花園–用長輩綽號命名的樹或花，讓長輩自己照顧自己的植物，還可以喝咖啡、曬太陽的交誼場所。 3. 豐富的社團活動–九九社、太極社、卡拉OK社、麻將社、美術社等。 4. 發行返老還童快樂村「鑫台幣」–讓長輩用自己的力量努力賺錢，暢快花錢。 5. 具有服務熱誠的快樂團隊–讓有服務熱誠的專業團隊，將正能量傳遞給長輩，讓老人家健康快樂。

From 2018, the number of elderly people -aged 65 in Taiwan, was reached 3.43 million and more than 14%. It has officially entered an aging society. The disabled population is about 794,000. Based on the estimated demand of about 20%, nearly 159,000 need to receive residential long-term care services.
