介質共振濾波器之模態抑制研究

摘要


介質共振器是微波系統的關鍵元件之一,普遍用於濾波器及振盪器之設計。由於介質共振器具有高品質因素、高介電係數、低頻率溫度係數等特性,所以可結合微帶線製作成體積小、重量輕、溫度穩定與低成本之微波濾波器。 本論文透過微帶線耦合出介質共振器之TE模態設計出帶通濾波器。介質共振器中的共振頻率不只有TE模態,尚有許多高階模態產生,而抑制這些高階模態亦為本論文主要研究方向。本論文以Ansoft HFSS和Agilent ADS來模擬,其結果與實作相符,並證明了實作的準確性。

Dielectric resonator (DR), one of the key elements for microwave system is commonly applied in filters and oscillators. The characteristics of DR are mostly with high quality factor, high dielectric constant and low frequency-temperature coefficient. It has been used extensively to designing small size, light weight microwave filters. TE mode of a DR excited with magnetic filed from microstrip line is applied in the study. Since many other modes are also excited, the suppression of higher spurious modes is an important issue in preventing spurious responses. In this research effort, Ansoft High Frequency Structure Simulation (HFSS) and Agilent Advanced Design System (ADS) software were utilized for the simulation study. The obtain results agreed well with the measured results.
