台灣汽車市場因國際油價上揚,國民購買汽車的意願大幅下降,再加上個性化的需求趨勢,多樣少量化的生產以對應消費者所需為汽車產業當務之急,故以汽車廠之物流管理作研究,找出本土化之最適化及高效化的汽車業務流管理,以降低營運成本及提升國際競爭力。 本研究主要結合了實際與理論,並研究出高效化的物流方法論,包括有: 1.改善傳統的MRP系統,使其有JIT的優點,多趟少量交貨,降低庫存方法的研究。 2.協力廠商JIT序列供貨的研究,使汽車廠對JIT序列供貨零件在廠內及時交貨上線使用的研究。 3.如何改善庫房之零件擺置,使運補能多節化上線,提升物料運補上線效率的研究。 4.如何利用車流合併的方法,消除生產線上因車流多而干涉造成互相等待的研究。 綜合上述四種汽車廠之物流改善方法研究及實證結果,可達到降低庫房庫存、面積及減少物料運補人力提升運補效率。
Due to the automobile sale volumes have reached the limitation in Taiwan, and Taiwan join into WTO come with the descending custom. The front burner is to reduce the cost and to boost competitive energy, so that study the adaptable and efficient logistic management of automobile factory in Taiwan. The research study the efficient logistic method combined the practical experience and the theory of logistic as the following statement. 1.Adopt the low stock level’s strength of JIT to improve the weakness of traditional MRP. 2.Study the sequent supply from supplier. 3.Improve the layout of warehouse to apply multi-section supply, which up the efficiency of supply from warehouse to production line. 4.Apply the combination of supply flow to reduce the idle time due to the interference caused by exceed supply flow on production line. In conclusion the four improvements study could get the advantage of lower stocks, less warehouse zone, less supply labor hour and boost the efficiency of supply
