汽車零件再生業,是指以汽車原廠的報廢零件為原料,在不改變零件形狀和材質的情況下,運用高科技的清洗設備、修復技術,和利用新材料進行修復和改造。使得該零件在性能、安全和品質各方面都能夠達到再次使用的要求。再生工程是一項正在發展中的新興產業,使廢棄零件得以再次利用,創造新的價值,符合國家正積極發展中的綠能產業。 本研究以台灣汽車零件再生業的C公司為個案研究對象,利用文獻探討與個案訪談,深入了解並分析該公司的經營策略。分析外在經濟環境與產業經營環境中的機會與威脅,彙整個案公司的優勢、劣勢;進而提出適用於該公司的經營策略,再透過與專家訪談,制定該公司未來短、中、長期的發展計劃。
The so-called "Auto Parts Recycling Industry", indicates to the scrapped parts of the auto parts factory as raw materials under the fundamental shape without changing equipments and materials, utilizing the high-tech cleaning equipment, repairing techniques or putting to use new materials and new technology for industrialization, restoration of the bulk of repairing and improvement of the technical performance and safety equipment, including the other aspects of quality in order to be achieved quasi-standard requirements and use again. Regeneration project is being developed in an emerging field of research and new industries. Regeneration projects use a variety of high-tech advanced surface technology with recuperating surface technology which renders high quality recycled waste equipment into creating new value, being in line with a systematic project of national sustainable development. In this study, Company C is a case study to probe into previous experience in growing of Taiwan's auto parts recycling industry, in which the sucessful critical elements of the business strategy.
