爆破作業是採礦業獲取礦產資源及營造業達成工程目標的一個基本要項,國外對爆破震動的特性和危害程度之研究已取得了基本的認識,並且根據有關的理論研究成果,提出了一些有效的爆破震動控制方法。而我國在爆破震動監測方面,仍缺乏在礦場爆破時進行震動監測和分析資料,並進行改善技術措施使盡可能降低爆破震動的危害,供作為工程驗收的記錄資料及依據。 本研究主要探討通過對露天開採之大理石礦體進行之爆破震動監測研究,使可以更瞭解和掌握爆破地震波的特徵、傳播規律、破壞機理以及其對爆破震動之影響等;並根據測試結果可及時調整爆破參數和施工方法,制定防震措施,指導爆破安全作業,使能避免或減少爆破震動的危害作用。 由於我國尚欠缺這方面之相關資料與分析,因此亟需就我國礦場及工程之特性,研擬一套包含震動監測、分析及安全判斷之作業方式,以提供礦場爆破工程作業參考,俾提升礦場爆破震動安全。
Blasting is a basic and important method of accessing mineral resources in mining industry and achieving project goals in civil engineering. The characteristics and degree of harm resulting from blasting vibration have ever been studied and known overseas. In addition, how to control blasting vibration effectively in some ways has been shown in the studies. Regarding to monitoring and analysis of blasting vibration in our quarries, however, we yet lack relevant records, which can carry out some technical improvements to reduce harm of blasting vibration as far as possible, or can be kept as documents whether a construction work passed the inspection and acceptance. The research into monitoring of blasting vibration in open-pit mining, mainly aiming to marble body, enables us to realize the feature of the seismic wave, the principle of the traveling speed, the mechanics of the breaking rock and the effect of the blasting vibration and so on. The test on the site is also helpful for us to timely adjust the parameters of the explosives and the method of the construction, to take measures of anti-vibration, and to operate safely to blast in order to avoid and reduce the damage resulting from the blasting vibration. Due to being short of the above relevant information, if we are able to feature our mines and construction work to develop a set of the operation simulation, including the monitoring and analysis of the blasting vibration, and safe judgment, we will provide the engineering of the blasting in our mines for reference to improve security of the blasting vibration.
