聚吡咯/聚氨基甲酸酯複合 薄膜導電與機械性質之研究

A Study on the Electrical and Mechanical Properties of Polypyrrole / Polyurethane Composite Films

摘要


聚吡咯(Polypyrrole)因易合成、製備,且穩定性良好,因此是一種理想的導電性高分子材料,可以廣泛地應用在防腐蝕、電變色顯示器及光電池等領域中。 本研究首先將吡咯單體,利用氧化劑APS予以不同配比之氧化聚合,並添加藥劑DSSS( Dioctyl sulfosuccinate sodium salt, Na+ (DEHS-))協助溶解,隨後探討其導電度的高低。 由於共軛高分子較不易成型,本實驗乃使用較易加工的聚氨基甲酸酯(PU)與製備的聚吡咯形成複合薄膜,並探測其導電與機械性質。 本文運用FT-IR(傅氏轉換紅外線光譜儀)鑑定所聚合之PPy其結構上是否會產生不同之基團;同時結合X-RD (X-ray繞射儀)檢測觀察PPy是否為結晶態,並用GPC(凝膠滲透層析儀)檢測自行合成PPy所聚合的分子量大小。另外運用TGA(熱重量損失分析儀)探討不同比例下氧化聚合出PPy其熱裂解溫度及殘餘量之關係,並用SEM(掃描式電子顯微鏡)觀察不同比例聚合出之PPy及與聚氨基甲酸酯摻混狀況;之後再探測導電度並探討其抗電磁波屏蔽效益(EMSE, electromagnetic shielding effectiveness)及機械性質。 由本文之實驗得知PPyD8之結構較堅固,其Td最高(267.5℃),導電度較高,EMSE最佳;由SEM可以看出粒徑最小者為PPyD8,分散較好者為PPyD6,所以UP6之抗張強度和拉伸率較佳。

Polypyrrole (PPy), possesses good processibility and excellent environmental stability. Therefore the PPy is an idea conducting polymer material widely applied to corrosion resistance, electricity charged color of display, light battery, etc. In this study, polypyrroles (PPy) with different constitutions where synthesized by using ammonium peroxydisulfate (APS) and adding DSSS (Dioctyl sulfosuccinate sodium salt, Na+ (DEHS-)). Polyurethane (PU) was chosen in this study to fabricate with PPy the composite films. The FT-IR and XRD instruments were applied to investigate the chemical structures WPU/PPy composite films. The GPC was used to measure the molecular weight of PPy. The thermal degradation behavior of the PPy was examined by the TGA analysis. The surface morphology of PPy powders and composite films were observed by SEM. The surface resistivity and electromagnetic shielding effectiveness (EMSE) and some mechanical properties of the composite films were tested. From the experimental results, it mainly showed that the Pyrrole:APS = 8:1 had the higher surface conductivity and lower resistance, while UP6 film had higher tensile strength.
