過去數十年從生物物理的角度通過對穴位電特性測試的文獻回顧中,發現大部分都在穴位電阻呈現的含意以及穴位電阻量測中常見的問題作探討。回顧過去文獻中還可發現探測方式也皆停留在被動式的量測方式,從中可以發現不同的研究小組針對穴位電阻所開發出來的量測方式雖有不同,可最終的基礎原理上還是相同的,所得出來的數據結果卻始終無法得到適當的統一,這限制了穴位研究的進一步探討。未能解決穴位探測中存在的客觀與主觀影響因素,從而使傳統的測量方法不穩定,探測結果的可重複性差。針對這些問題,提出設計一套主動式的量測方式,也就是開發一套針對神經的記錄與分析系統,透過量測穴位上神經的主動信號加以分析統計。 傳統的量測方式總是在量測時給予電壓或電流作為信號源,藉此求得經由中醫治療患者在治療前後所反應出穴位電特性的差異,有觀察皮膚穴位電阻變化,例如:日本中古義雄博士利用直流測定儀;有觀察阻抗大小與電流變化,例如:德國伏耳醫生(Reinhold Voll)研製伏耳電針儀;陳國鎮教授改良的穴道電篩法簡稱穴檢儀。相反於傳統的量測方式,我們利用穴位上的神經活動訊號作為我們的訊號源排除傳統的不統一性、減少客觀與主觀因素影響、增加量測結果的重複性。 實驗結果我們發現在不同的穴位所量測得的訊號有辨識性,利用頻域曲線的表現針對三個穴位的訊號進行分類,可以得到相同穴位被分類在同一群組的結果。本系統提供一種新的方法讓我們有機會更深入了解中醫領域,提升中醫在西醫被認可的地位。
Over the past few decades from the perspective of the biophysical properties of detection by electrical acupoint review of the literature, we found that most of the resistance present in the meaning of points and acupoint resistance measurement of the common issues. Although it is different that the different research groups which is study acupoint resistance developed measurement method, it still architecture based on the same principle. This led to the result of experimental data is always can’t be unified that limits the further explore of acupoint research. It can’t solve the existence of objective and subjective factors of acupoint explore, so that the traditional methods are instability measurement and poor reproducibility of detection results. For these problems we design a set of active measurement method which is developing a record and analysis for the neural system through the measurement on the neural active signal of acupoint. The analysis and statistics of measure data can give us some result. The results showed that the signal in time domain measurements can’t be a clear distinction between each different acupoint. It says that the signal in time domain isn’t have recognition. From the time domain to frequency domain, we observed that it is different from the changes in the spectrum which the amplitude of spectrum performance is significantly different when we stimulated the different acupoint. It provides recognition that we have different reaction phenomena in different acupoint. This result also shows that the physiological signal of each acupoint when stimulated may have its special significance.
