本論文提出結構簡易之長期演進(Long-Term Evolution; LTE)/無線廣域網路(Wireless Wide Area Network; WWAN)/無線區域網路(Wireless Local Area Network; WLAN)頻帶多輸入多輸出(Multiple-input-multiple-output; MIMO)天線方法。天線是由4個共振模態所產生並操作在無線標準系統GSM850/GSM900/GSM1800/GSM1900/UMTS/LTE2300/802.11n/LTE2500/802.11ac。天線ㄈ型導體產生0.8GHz共振,加入U型導體與長條型導體可以使得中頻帶能得到較好的阻抗匹配,最後加入L型導體可以改善高頻帶的阻抗。另外,為了改善多輸入多輸出天線之間的隔離度,吾人在兩天線之間加入槽孔與殘段結構,改變電流的方向,進而提升天線之間的隔離度,在低頻帶可以提升18%,在中頻帶可以提升14.7%;封包相關係數(Envelope Correlation Coefficient; ECC)在所有頻帶都低於0.1,最後利用實驗來印證模擬的結果。本論文的天線結構簡單、容易製造、成本低,並可以應用於LTE/WWAN/WLAN的行動通訊裝置。
A simple multiple-input-multiple-output antenna for Long-term evolution / Wireless wide area network / Wireless local area network operation in mobile communication devices is proposed. The proposed antenna performs four resonance modes covering nine bands of wireless standards including GSM850/GSM900/GSM1800/GSM1900/UMTS/LTE2300/802.11n/LTE2500/802.11ac. In geometry, the antenna simple consists of a ㄈ-shaped monopole, two U-shaped, strip structures and a L-shaped structure. The ㄈ-shaped monopole exhibits the resonance frequencies at 0.8 GHz. With good impedance matching in medium band by added U-shaped and strip to the antenna. Adding L-shaped to the antenna can improve the impedance matching in higher band. In addition, isolation of MIMO antenna is improved by use slot to change current distribution. The isolation improved 18% in low band and 14.7% in middle band, low envelope correlation coefficient <0.1. The experimental results are verified by simulation. The antenna exhibits simple structure, easy production, low-cost for the applications in LTE/WWAN/WLAN communication.
