功能性表面處理技術於人工牙根之應用

摘要


雷射表面處理具有特殊材料作用機制,透過單光束可直接在材料表面快速成型週期結構,加工精度為傳統牙科植體表面處理所無法比擬。本研究欲透過雷射的誘發特性以及加工表面潔淨特性,在鈦金屬人工牙根表面產生適合骨細胞生長之微奈米級複合式結構,開發出人工牙根創新表面處理技術。雷射表面處理技術應用於鈦基試片以及鈦基人工牙根上生成二氧化鈦層,並進行試片及人工牙根的顯微結構觀察與特性變化之研究,透過顯微觀察經過雷射表面處理後之試片及人工牙根的各項數據來推測,在經由雷射表面處理後能達到優良機械性質,並同時符合良好的生物相容。

Laser surface treatment with a special material mechanisms of action, through a single beam can be formed directly on the surface of the material periodic structure, precision of laser treatment technology on dental implant were better than traditional treatment technology. For this study, used laser surface treatment technology for titanium dental implant to development of innovative implant surface treatment technology. Laser surface treatment technology applied to the titanium-based specimen and a titanium-based implant titanium substrate generated on titanium dioxide layer. The physical and chemical properties of the specimens are also evaluated by microstructure observation and material characteristic analyses. The result indicates that the titanium-based specimen after laser surface treatment can achieve excellent mechanical properties, and also comply with good biocompatibility.
