香杉(Cunninghamia konishii Hayata)為杉科(Taxodiaceae)杉屬(Cunninghamia),為台灣特有種的常綠大喬木,主要產在中部以北海拔1300~2800公尺處之林中,木材為針葉樹一級木,是台灣木材最好的一種,大多供建築、枕木、造船及棺木等用途。 香杉的研究除了心材部位曾被研究外,目前為止相當少對於其他部位的研究,所以,本研究利用香杉葉部經由甲醇浸泡萃取,萃取液經減壓濃縮後,濃縮液經由水、乙酸乙酯、以及正丁醇做分配萃取。取乙酸乙酯層利用矽膠管住層析做初步的分離,之後再利用薄層層析法以及半製備的高效能液相層析等方法,分離純化到個24個化合物,其中包括7個aliphatic類,8個diterpenoid類,3個lignan類,3個biflavone類,1個flavone類,2個其他類,其中化合物CK12、CK13、 CK14、 CK15、CK24為新化合物
Cunninghamia konishii Hayata (Taxodiaceae) is endemic to Taiwan and distributed in the northern and central parts of Taiwan at altitudes of 1300-2700 m. The wood of this tree is one of the best building material, ship-building and coffin in Taiwan. However, the leaves may not have been fully investigated . In the course of our studies, we examined the constituents of the MeOH extract of the leaves, was concentrated to give a residue which was partitioned with water, ethyl acetate, and butanol. The ethyl acetate layer was separated by column chromatography on silica gel, thin layer chromatography, and high performance liquid chromatography to obtain 24 compounds, including 7 aliphatic compounds, 8 diterpenoid compound, three lignan compounds, three biflavones compounds, one flavonoid compound and two other compounds. Among them, CK12、CK13、CK14、CK15、CK24, are new compounds.
