創意領導、創意氛圍與創意績效關係之研究：以IC設計與科技製造專案團隊之比較

摘要
本論文從IC設計專案團隊與科技製造專案團隊在「創意領導」、 「創意氛圍」 與「 創意績效」 三個構面的影響，並加以分析比較。由72位IC設計專案團隊成員與106位科技製造專案團隊成員的數據中，透過單變項分析和獨立變異數分析（ANOVA）之手法來進行分析。實證得知: 1.IC設計與科技製造專案團隊在「變革導向型領導」的程度上有顯著差異。2. IC設計與科技製造專案團隊在「技術型領導」的程度上有顯著差異。3.IC設計與科技製造專案團隊在「溫暖氛圍」的程度上有顯著差異。4. IC設計與科技製造專案團隊在「提出創新意見」的程度上有顯著差異。5.IC設計與科技製造專案團隊在「期限內完成任務」的程度上有顯著差異。6. IC設計與科技製造專案團隊在「產品符合市場需求」的程度上有顯著差異。
