本論文從IC設計專案團隊與科技製造專案團隊在「創意領導」、 「創意氛圍」 與「 創意績效」 三個構面的影響,並加以分析比較。由72位IC設計專案團隊成員與106位科技製造專案團隊成員的數據中,透過單變項分析和獨立變異數分析(ANOVA)之手法來進行分析。實證得知: 1.IC設計與科技製造專案團隊在「變革導向型領導」的程度上有顯著差異。2.
