三次元量測儀之空間球列座校正技術開發

摘要


目前國內對於精密量測方面,產業界最常使用的儀器為三次元量測儀(Coordinate Measurement Machine,以下簡稱CMM)。一台CMM均必須在安裝及後續的使用期間,定期對其系統的精度,進行精度校正與補償,才能確保其應有的量測品質。而精度可說是CMM的量測品質指標。 國際上關於CMM精度校正的規範眾多,除了國際量床製造商協會之CMMA規範外,有國家標準規範者有:德國工業規範VDI/VDE2617、美國國家標準ANSI/ASME B89.1.12M、日本國家標準JIS B7440、英國國家標準BS6808及國際標準規範ISO 10360-2等。完整的校正標準件及校正工作,其所必須耗費人力金錢,極為龐大。本研究設計並製造一套校正儀具,並建立一套比較測量之數學模式,以求得被測CMM空間點的誤差。此校正儀具可符合國際標準ISO 10360-2規範、且製造成本低廉,此校正方法所花費的時間可大幅縮短。本研究以期為CMM精度校正方法提供新的選擇與方向。

At present, as for the precision measurement instrument, the most often being used is CMM (Coordinate Measurement Machine) in industrial circle domestically. A CMM must engage in calibration and compensation of the precision to the systematical precision periodically during the using period of install. In this way, it can insure the measurement quality. So precision can be called the target of measurement quality. There are many standards about the precision calibration of CMM internationally. In addition to the standards of CMMA (Coordinate Measuring Manufacturers Association), The countries that have the standard: German Industrial Standard (VDI/VDE2617), America National Standard (ANSI/ASMEB89.1.12M), Japan National Standard (JISB7440), British National Standard (BS6808) and The International Organization for Standardization (ISO 10360-2) etc. The strength and money that the complete correction task and standard instruments need to cost are extremely vast. This research designs and makes a set of mathematical code of measurement in order to find the error of the space point of CMM. This calibration instrument is in accordance with The International Organization for Standardization (ISO 10360-2) and the making cost is low and this kind of correction method can shorten the time that CMM needs to take. This research expects to offer new option and direction of accuracy checking for CMMs .
