摘要 汽車零組件業向來為各先進國家重視之產業,在國家整體的經濟中亦佔有相當份量。然而,近年來該產業因勞動條件的不斷提高,成本不斷上升,加上在台灣加入WTO 後,降低進口車的關稅等因素,我國國內汽車產業市場為進口汽車產業所佔據,國內汽車產業版圖日益狹小,面臨了生存的困境。要擺脫此困境,除了技術的發展外,中衛體系供應鏈的管理整合亦是不可忽略之要素。 本研究以台灣四大車廠(裕隆、中華、國瑞、福特六和)及供應這些中心廠的一階或二階零件供應廠為主要研究對象。本研究在於呈現我國汽車產業中衛體系供應鏈系統差異,針對其材料來源、與供應商合作的模式、車廠本身內部的運作、成車銷售體系之運作現況作一探討。研究內容分為二個部分:第一部份是以汽車產業相關資料作探討,以獲得汽車產業及其中衛體系、供應鏈之現況;第二部份是對所有車廠與供應廠、經銷商做一研究,對國內四大中心廠的運作方式作一研究。
ABSTRACT Car parts industry is the important industry for development country and it play important role in the whole country economy,However,The labor condition is high these years,the cost was high,and Taiwan enter WTO ,it reduced the imported car tax,The imported car industry take great ration in our country car industry,take great ration in our country car industry,the demesne car industry map became smaller,it face the survivor environment ,In order to get rid of the situation,We should develop technology we can’t ignore the factor of the management integration of supply chain。 The research was based on Yu Loon、Chunghua、Toyota、Ford company the first lever or second level parts supply factory,the survey show the difference supply chain system of our country car Industry Regarding to the material resource,the supplier cooperation model,the internal operation,car sales operation,this subject was divided into two parts,the part one is car industry related data research,in order to get the information for car industry and supply chain,and the part two is based on car factory,car dealer,to make a research on the four car factory operation way。
