電動代步車驅動器設計與製作

Design and Implementation of an Electric Vehicle Controller

摘要


本論文在說明製作電動代步車驅動器之研究。文中針對驅動器中每一個控制系統區塊提出原理說明。驅動器內部架構包含啟動開路保護、啟動防爆衝保護、過電流保護、溫度保護、可調加/減速曲線、可調電流限制、PWM控制、電瓶低電壓檢出等。其相關功能及設計概念適用於其他型式電動載具驅動控制。最後將開發完成之驅動器實際組裝於電動代步車上,並進行道路模擬測試。本文主要探討以有刷直流伺服馬達驅動控制為主,但未來可延伸至以無刷直流伺服馬達驅動控制,在文中也略作說明。

This thesis illustrates a research of making an electric vehicle controller. The principles of every control system block in the controller are explained. The controller structure includes starting open-loop protection, starting high-speed protection, over current protection, temperature protection, adjustable up/down speed curve, adjustable current limit, PWM control, and low power alarm. Related functions and design concept can be applied to other driver control in electrical vehicles. Finally, the developed driver controller is applied to an actual electrical bicycle and tested in riding. This thesis mainly focuses on the driving control of the brush DC servo motor. In the future, the proposed method can be extended to drive and controll a brushless DC servo motor, which is also discussed in the paper.
