應用R-Card改善手機對人體產生SAR之研究

摘要


本篇論文在探討應用R-Card做為改善行動電話對人體產生SAR之研究,其方式是利用Monopole天線手機的特性來探討對於不同阻抗值大小的R-Card、不同面積大小的R-Card、及R-Card遮蔽手機天線與非天線部位來做為研究比較的基礎條件。R-Card具有輕、薄、短、小,且易於導入手機內做降低SAR的對策,對於手機廠商降低手機SAR是非常好的選擇。只要導入適當阻抗值、適當遮蔽面積的R-Card 就可以降低手機的SAR,也可以維持住手機通訊品質,所以對手機設計商而言,這是對改善手機的SAR很好的對策。

This research utilizes R-Card to reduce SAR induced by the radiation from a handset. A monopole handset antenna is used here because its characteristics are well known, and can be used as a reference to justify the outcome of this study. Different R-Card configurations including variations in impedance profiles and sizes are applied to study the SAR reduction. The R-Card has several unique and favorable features, such as light weight, thin thickness, and small footprint. Further more; it is available in the market and therefore suitable for use on handset SAR reduction. As long as we use the appropriate impedance profile and the proper size R-Card to cover some part of the handset, the SAR will be reduced and the communication quality will be maintained as well. For the above reason, this is a very good solution to the handset designers to reduce handset’s SAR.
