本研究的目的主要在探討主動式行動資訊系統對企業作業程序會帶來哪些影響與改變,以供欲導入或開發主動式行動資訊系統的企業作參考。 本研究的資料來源,主要從碩博士論文資訊網、期刊雜誌、以及其它網路資源彙集與解析了許多相關於主動式行動資訊系統之系統應用、硬體建設與標準制定一系列的論述文件及最新應用技術做整理與解析,提供主動式行動資訊系統完整的現況分析與說明,以利本研究在探討「主動式行動資訊系統對企業作業程序之影響」時,能有正確的探討與思考的方向。 本研究使用四個研究方法:「電話訪問」、「模擬研究」、「參與觀察」與「人員深度訪談」,逐步探究主動式行動資訊系統對企業作業程序之影響與改變。 本研究結果發現,「主動式行動資訊系統」與「被動式資訊系統」最大的差異在於:1、在作業特性上,「主動式行動資訊系統」比「被動式資訊系統」更為「人性」與「友善」。2、在架構本質上,「主動式行動資訊系統」比「被動式資訊系統」更為「彈性」與「聰明」。3、在技術層面上,「主動式行動資訊系統」比「被動式資訊系統」更為「先進」與「開放」。另外,主動式行動資訊系統對企業作業程序的影響上:1、「主動式線上簽核系統」讓使用者在線上簽核流程中緊密相連與互動。2、「主動式營運警示系統」能降低使用者或管理者在作業例外管理上判斷錯誤的風險與縮短人為反應時間。3、「主動式產銷分析系統」讓使用者或管理者在任何時間、任何地點,擁有充足、即時、正確的產銷資訊與客戶或廠商周旋。 關鍵詞:行動通訊、資料推播、例外式管理、主動式資訊、被動式資訊
This research chiefly looks at the information network of the master and doctor thesis, magazines, and other related sources in the Internet that analyze the use, hardware construction, and the standardization of AMI. Base on above information, this research hope to provide the correct discussion and the direction of the consideration. This research uses four research methods: telephone survey, simulating research, participating observation, and interview. It discusses the impact of AMI to the corporation’s operating system step by step. This research discovers that the main differences between the AMI and the negative information system are: 1. In aspect of the character of the operating system, the AMI is more human friendly than the negative one. 2. In the construction aspect, the AMI is more flexible and smart than the negative one. 3. In the aspect of technology, the AMI is more advances and open then the negative one. Besides, the impacts of the AMI to the corporation’s operating system are: 1. The active on-line exam system provides user closer connection and mutual-activity. 2. The warning system of the AMI can lower the risk of wrong judgment of the user or manager and reduce the time for human reflection. 3. The active supply analysis system enables the user or manager to have the sufficient, instant and correct information to negotiate with its clients or manufactures at any time in any place.
