摘要


大部分人士,在生涯中花費許多的心力與精力於職場工作上,「工作」可以為人生帶來金錢、成功以及安全感。職業生涯對於個人的生活態度、人生目標以及個人行事風格與特色有所影響。 因此,本文的主要目的為試圖了解公司或企業內部的工作輪調率高低是否會影響客觀的職業生涯成功。如:目前的工作薪資收入。此外,本研究證實第一份工作對於社會新鮮人來說具有重要的影響力,結論中指出第一份工作的期間越長,將來工作所得的收入將會越高。第一份工作的長短、工作年資以及教育程度都和客觀的職業成功有正向關係。工作年資越長將對將來薪資有正向影響,教育程度越高將來所獲得的薪資將相對提高。 本研究樣本來自於元智大學730位已畢業之校友,採用之統計方法為期間迴歸。

People usually pay a lot of attentions and energy for their job during their life. Job can bring money, success, and sense of security. Job career may have influenced on a person’s attitude toward life, goal, and the character. Therefore the main purpose of this study is trying to figure out if inter-organizational mobility will have influence on objective career success like present income. Moreover, we believe the duration of first job plays an important role for society freshman. The results indicate that the longer duration of the first job will increase the present income to lead higher objective success. In this paper, we interviewed 730 alumni who graduated from Yuan-Ze University to discover if the duration of first job will affect the career success. This study conducted an interval regression model. This model confirmed that duration of the job, job seniority, and education levels have positive relations to the present income of object career success. There are some major conclusions are as the followings: Longer seniority of job career will have a positive relationship with the present income; compete with the duration of first job and seniority, the result notes that the longer duration of first job will get higher present income than the longer time of the seniority. Regarding gender, we found the present income of male will be higher than female. For education level perspective, the result shows that the higher education level will lead to higher present income.
