隨著二十一世紀的到來,科學技術突飛猛進和社會經濟迅速發展,人們的消費需求愈加多樣化,需求變化快,個性化要求強烈,使得日漸激烈的市場競爭逐漸轉變爲顧客導向,因此,企業也不得不考慮快速、低成本的提供顧客滿意的産品來獲得競爭優勢,以便獲得顧客的滿意度和忠誠度,客製化生産成爲企業取得競爭優勢的客觀需要。面對日益變化的顧客需求,哪個企業最先察覺到顧客的需求,並及時滿足顧客的需求,才會具有競爭力,快速客製化也就是在這種環境下産生的。 本論文是針對工業電腦企業如何建立快速客製化服務流程進行研究的,我們在探討了工業電腦、快速客製化、客戶服務和作業流程等的概念之後,針對工業電腦產業如何實現快速客製化服務流程提出了初步的模型。如何實現快速客製化的服務流程,模組化和延遲原理是兩個非常重要的概念,特別是延遲點選擇,但是除了這些技術性的要求之外,本研究認爲電子商務和供應鏈管理與快速客製化相互結合起來會更佳、更容易的實現快速客製化服務流程。 本研究針對自己的假設模型採用了資料收集法和案例分析法分析了研華、研揚、威電達、瑞傳四家工業電腦企業,從而驗證了自己的假設模型,並提出了電子商務與快速客製化、供應鏈與快速客製化的關係,並深入探討了延遲原理、模組化中的一些原理與快速客製化的關係,這也正是本文的創新點。
Along with the arrival of 21 centuries, science technique develops very quickly and social economy also develops quickly, people's consumption need becomes more and more diversification, the people's need changes very quickly, and people's characteristically request is to be diversified, all these Circumstances make the market which become gradually vehemence change to a lead of the customer, therefore, in order to acquire the satisfaction and loyalty of the customer, the enterprise has to consider, both quickly and low costly to provide the satisfaction product of the customer to acquire competitive advantage, Fast Customization turns to produce to make the business enterprise obtains competitive advantage. Faced to the gradual change of the environment, the business which realize the need of the customer first, and which satisfy the need of the customer in time will have a competitive ability, Fast Customization turn to be appeared under this kind of environment. This article aims at the IPC business how to build up the service process to carry on this research, after we discussed the concept of the IPC, fast customization, the service the process and so on, we put forward first model, aiming at how the IPC business to carry out the service process of fast customization. In order to carry out this purpose, Modularity and Design Postponement are two important concepts, especially the chose of the design postponement. But except the technology, this article thinks if e-commerce and Supply chain management can combine with fast customization, the service process of fast customization will be replayed more easily and much better. This article based the model which we put forward adopted the data collections method and the case example analytical method to analyze to Advantech, AAEON, ICP and Portwell four IPC business, so verify the assumption model, and put forward the relationship of e-commerce and the fast customization, and the relationship of the supply chain and the fast customization. This is exactly also the textual innovation point.
