背光模組之集光型擴散片的製備及性能研究

摘要


本研究將針對背光模組之中的擴散片其製備及性能進行研究,主要研究內容是利用熱硬化型樹脂為主體,再將具有不同粒徑大小的擴散微粒子摻入熱硬化型樹脂中,待樹脂摻合完成後以塗佈機將樹脂塗佈於聚酯膜上形成光學薄膜,再用烤箱熱風使薄膜硬化;測試其光學結果表現,挑選合適的擴散粒子粒徑,再以粒徑分佈為主要的因子進行塗佈製膜,以光學檢驗設備量測薄膜的擴散集光效能作為評估。

Research this slices of their prepare and performance go on research to the diffusing film in a backlight module, it mainly research contents are the main body in order to utilize thermosetting type resin, the thermosetting resin is hitting to mix the particle with different size, become membrane with the mechanism of the coating after the resin is mixed and finished jointly, and then make the membrane harden with the oven hot wind. Test its optics result, then select suitable diffusion particle size, it go on coating make membrane with particle size distribution for main factor, collect all efficiency conduct to assess with the diffusion which examines the membrane of the amount of equipment examined of optics.
