雙苯胺酯類在有機化學和藥物化學的領域上是非常重要的一種結構,許多種抗癌藥物中都含有許多雙苯胺酯類的結構,在許多文獻中指出,具有雙苯胺酯類結構的化合物大部分有非常好的生物活性,並且其衍生物的合成可做為抗癌藥物,經由實驗證明雙苯胺酯類之衍生物可抑制絲裂原活化蛋白激酶,進一步阻斷癌細胞的分裂。 由於具有雙苯胺酯類結構的化合物具有很好的抗癌活性,因此我們利用Ullmann reaction合成出含有雙苯胺類骨架的化合物F、G、H、I、J,並且探討其合成方法與物性探討。
Diarylamine scaffold is a very important structure in organic chemistry and medicinal chemistry. Many kinds of anti-cancer medicine have diarylamine scaffold. Most of compounds that have diarylamine scaffold have very good biological activity and their derivatives can be made anti-cancer drug. It can be proven that diarylamine derivatives can inhibit mitogen-activated protein kinase and prevent the growth of cancer cell. Because the compounds which have diarylamine scaffold are provided with good anti-cancer activity. We used Ullmann reaction to synthesis compound F, G, H, I, J that have diarylamine scaffold and discuss their synthetic and physical properties.
