從能量觀點探討個人強項與人際關係之關係
Energy Bonds: Exploring Relationships Between Character Strengths and Positive Relationships from an Energy View
摘要
當發揮個人的強項時，可以提升自身的能量狀態，進而建立正向的人際關係。能量管理的相關文獻亦說明，高能量者往往會與他人有較良好的互動關係。因此，本研究欲探討強項、能量和人際關係之間的關係，主要以心理資本、Baker正向能量者觀點與轉換型領導，捕捉正向能量者的輪廓，並認為能量會中介強項與人際之間的影響。本研究採用立意取樣，以高雄醫學大學附設中和紀念醫院的265名護理人員為研究對象，填寫「VIA個人強項量表」、正向能量者問卷與人際問卷。研究結果發現：(1)被同儕認為能量較高者，他們擁有熱忱、仁慈、愛、社會智慧、領導力、團隊精神、寬恕、感恩、希望與幽默，這類偏向他人感性型的強項；(2)擁有幽默強項的人，通常人際關係會比較好；(3)驗證了能量較高者，確實會伴隨較好的人際關係；(4)擁有幽默強項之人，會經由提升能量來促進正向的人際關係。綜合上述結果，若組織欲培養正向關係，可以嘗試從發揮成員幽默與管理組織能量網絡著手。未來研究方向，盼能進一步探討強項與能量觀點在於本土上的應用。

When expressing character strengths, individuals can enhance their energy state, thereby establish positive relationships. Energy management studies showed that individuals with a higher energy state tend to have more interactive relationships with others. Therefore, this study aims to explore the relationship between character strength, energy, and positive relationships. Psychological capital, Baker's positive energy and transformative leadership concepts were used to capture the contours of positive energy. We hypothesized that energy will mediate the relationships between strengths and positive relationships. This study used purposive sampling, 265 nurses of Kaohsiung Medical University and Memorial Hospital were invited to complete "VIA personal strengths scale", positive energy questionnaire and interpersonal relationships questionnaire. The results show that: (1) Individuals who are considered to have higher energy by peers have other-oriented(interpersonal), and emotional strengths such as zest, kindness, love, social intelligence, leadership, citizenship, forgiveness, gratitude, hope and humor. (2) Individuals who have humor strengths would have better interpersonal relationships in general; (3) Higher energy is accompanied by better relationships; (4) Individuals with humor gain positive relationships through elevating energy. Based on the results, practitioners who want to build positive relationships in organizations can start from encouraging humor strength and managing energy network. Future research can explore indigenous applications of character strength from an energy view.
