兩種牙科模擬情境訓練系統於牙醫教學成效之評估

Teaching Performance of Two Visual Reality Simulators Used in Dental Education

摘要


研究目的:評估DentSim與CDS-100兩種情境模擬系統在牙冠修形教學的成效,先以3D影像重疊比的方式比較修形後的模型與系擷取的差異性,包括可信度(reliability)、精確度(accuracy)以及再現性(reproducibility)等特性之探討,再以影像重疊結果與系統評分比對。 材料方法:先以TDS 3D掃描系統(Pou Yuen Techonology CO.,Ltd, Taiwan)作十顆上顎正中門齒與下顎第一大臼齒樹脂牙的影像定位。分別使用CDS-100(EPED, Kaohsiung, Taiwan) 以及 DenStim(Denx, Jerusalem, Israel)牙科摸擬系統作牙齒的修形。利用操作前後的3D影像重疊,作精確度(accuracy)與再現性(reproducibility)的分析,並對照系統影像呈現及分數,。 研究結果: DentSim-36組的測量誤差(measurement error Sw)為138±26μm,CDS100-36為147±30μm,DentSim-11組為122±29μm , CDS100-11組的為130±26μm。各組所得分數最高為CDS100-11組85.27分,最低為CDS100-36組62.65分,其中各組都以修磨角度(Axial angle)扣分最多,最大值為15.17分。 結論:DentSim與CDS100兩套牙科模擬系統在精確度與再現性的表現並無顯著的差異性,而兩者在再現性的表現,若以臨床可接受的角度來評估雖然差強人意,但在教學上是可接受的。以系統評分與實際情形的比對來看,兩種系統的光學擷取能力以及成效評估的表現力(expert performance)與實際情況是接近的,並且兩者之間沒有差異性存在。

Objectives: The objective of this study was to evaluate the teaching performance included accuracy and reproducibility of two dental visual reality simulation systems (DentSim and CDS-100) by using a 3D scanner digitization procedure . Material and methods: Registration of ten maxillary central incisor and ten mandibular first molar resin teeth with 3D scanner(TDS scanner, Pou Yuen Technology CO.,Ltd, Taiwan). Using the CDS-100(EPED, Kaohsiung, Taiwan) and DentSim(Denx, Jerusalem, Israel) simulation system for tooth preparation. The accuracy and reproducibility was evaluated on postoperative 3D scanner data. Results: The mean measurement error of DentSim-36 group was 138±26μm,the CDS100-36 group was147±30μm,the DentSim-11 group was 122±29μm ,and the CDS100-11 group was 130±26μm。The maximum preparation score was CDS100-11 group, 85.27 percent,and the minimum score was CDS100-36 group, 62.65 percent . Axial angle was the most error score of all error events, 15.17 percent. Conclusions: Both CDS-100 and DentSim presented good accuracy on student education or preclinical laboratory training . Reproducibility of the system still expected to improve. There was no significant difference between two systems in teaching performance.
