不同壺鈴負重對於肩胛與核心肌肉的活化在土耳其式起身(從躺姿到掌撐抬臀)時的影響

摘要


背景:肩膀疼痛常見在需要把手高舉過肩的工作與運動的成年人上,當肩部肌肉失能會影響肩胸與肱骨的動作而產生疼痛或肩部不適,肩失能的個案,除了旋轉肌群外,需再加強肩胛的穩定肌群,近期土耳其式起身搭配壺鈴常用來當全身性的動作訓練,包含了核心、上肢與下肢。不同肩部負荷下對於肩胛及核心穩定需求不同,也有不同的訓練效果。 目的:探討土耳其式起身 (從躺姿到手掌支撐與抬臀橋式)在不同的壺鈴重量負重下,對於雙側肩胛肌與軀幹核心的肌肉活化情形。 方法:13位20至40歲有壺鈴經驗之健康男性,且能夠執行16公斤負重的土耳其式起身,透過表面肌電圖來量測雙側前鋸肌、上斜方肌、下斜方肌、腹內斜肌與腹外斜肌在不同重量壺鈴下(4公斤、8公斤、12公斤、16公斤),執行土耳其式起身(從躺姿到手掌支撐與抬臀橋式)時各肌肉的活化情形。 結果:肌肉的活化隨著重量的增加活化上升,前鋸肌達30%活化屬於中等活化。上斜方肌與前鋸肌比值,在平躺至肘撐時,右側在12與16公斤較0與4公斤來的高,而左側則此階段比值明顯高於其他階段。前鋸肌與同側腹外斜的呈現低相關性甚至無相關性。 結論:對於有經驗者而言要有較佳的上斜方肌與前鋸肌活化比值同時有較佳的前鋸肌活化,建議使用12公斤的壺鈴下來做土耳其式起身(從躺姿到掌撐抬臀)會較適合。

Background: Shoulder pain is common in adults when works or sports need to raise hand overhead. When shoulder muscle dyskinesia, it may affect the movement of the shoulder and humerus and cause shoulder pain or uncomfortable. For those with shoulder dyskinesia not only training shoulder rotator cuffs but scapular stabilizer need to training and reinforce. Recently, the Turkish get up (TGU) with kettlebells has been used as a whole body exercise training, which contains core muscles, and muscles in upper and lower limbs. With various loading in shoulder, to demands of scapular stabilizers and core muscles may different. Purpose: To investigate the muscle activation with various kettlebell loadings in bilateral scapular and core muscles during Turkish get up (from supine to hip bridge). Methods: Thirteen healthy kettlebell trained and experienced males participated in this study (age from 20 to 40), who can execute Turkish get up with 16kg kettlebell load. Surface electrodes were attached on both sides of the upper trapezius, lower trapezius, serratus anterior, external oblique abdominis and internal oblique abdominis. While executed Turkish get up (from supine to hip bridge), all testing muscles contractions were recorded. Results: Muscles activation increased with increasing of kettlebell loads, and the anterior serratus was moderately activated (30%). The ratio of the right hand side of the upper trapezius relative to the serratus anterior (UT/SA) in the stage of “supine to press to elbow” is significantly higher in 12kg and 16 kg than in 0 kg and 4 kg. The ratio in the left hand side in this stage is also significantly higher than other stage of TGU. There was low correlation or even no correlation between the contraction of serratus anterior and the ipsilateral external oblique abdominis. Conclusion: For kettlebell training experienced people, use 12 kg kettlebell load is appropriate to get a better ratio of the upper trapezius and the serratus anterior activation, and also has a higher activation of serratus anterior during Turkish get up (from supine to hip bridge).
