摘要


咪唑(Imidazole)是一種重要的生物分子的結構,其衍生物被製成許多殺菌劑、抗真菌和抗高血壓等藥物;咪唑也被廣泛應用在工業上,其中包含腐蝕抑制劑、阻燃劑、攝影和電子。而多成分反應(Multi-Component Reaction,MCR)是一種快速又有原子經濟性的合成方法,藉由兩個以上的反應物,有順序性的方式結合,最後保留大部分原子起始結構的高選擇性產物。在本論文中利用碘催化合成咪唑衍生物。

Imidazole scaffolds are important class of biologically active molecules. Its derivatives were higly used as fungicides, anti-fungal and anti-hypertensive drugs. Imidazole is widely used in the industry, which contains corrosion inhibitors, flame retardants, photographic and electronics. The multi-component reaction (MCR) is a fast and efficient synthesis strategy to afford heterocyclic derivatives in which two or more of the reactants are combined in a sequential manner to obtain the desired compound with high regioselectivity. In this thesis, we report the synthesis of 2,4,5-trisubstituted imidazole and 1,2,4,5-tetrasubstituted imidazole analogue by utilizing molecular iodine ( I2 ) as a catalyst via MCR methodology in a mild and efficient way.
