中文摘要 Nitroglycerin 為醫院中常被用來治療急性心肌梗塞病人的藥物。因此,本研究選擇Nitroglycerin 注射劑,來探討它於四種不同材質【glass,polypropylene(PP),multi-layer(ML)及polyvinyl chloride(PVC)】之大型輸注液中的安定性。所謂安定性是指(1) 藥品在混合溶液中濃度之經時變化,(2) 混合溶液pH 值之經時變化。文中分別利用高效能液相層析儀( High performance liquid chromatography, HPLC ) 及pH-meter 來分析測定上述藥品於大型輸注液容器中之變化。由實驗的結果得知Nitroglycerin 在0.9%生理食鹽水及5%葡萄糖水中,其於聚氯乙烯PVC 大型輸注液容器內,經48小時後,藥品濃度比原來之濃度減少的情形分別為37.4% 及42.3 % 左右,但Nitroglycerin 於其他三種材質的容器中,並無明顯的差異。經由pH 值的實驗結果得知,Nitroglycerin 藥品置於4 種不同材質的大型輸注液容器中其pH 值,經48 小時之後,並無明顯的差異性。

英文摘要 Nitroglycerin injection is usually used in the treatment of acute myocardial infraction in hospitals. The aim of this study was to estimate the stability of nitroglycerin. First, Nitroglycerin was injected into 500ml, four kinds of large volume parenteral containers: polyvinyl chloride (PVC) bags, glass bottles,polypropylene (PP) bottles, multiple layer (ML) bags respectively. Then we use the high- performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) to quantitate the concentration of nitroglycerin through 48 hours in different containers. The concentration lose of nitroglycerin in PVC bag was about 37.4% and 42.3 % after 48 hours in both 0.9 % normal saline and 5 % glucose solutions. In the other three containers there were no significant differences. In pH value there was no preciable changes in four kind containers through 48 hours.
