坐姿體前彎(Sit Reach Test)為目前大專院校體適能中常用來測量 身體柔軟度(flexibility)的方法,過去在增加柔軟度的方法有自我肌筋 膜放鬆(Self Myofascial Release)及肌肉按摩,近幾年來更興起利用泡 棉滾筒(Foam Roller)的方式進行自我肌筋膜放鬆(Self Myofascial Release)而達到柔軟度(flexibility)的增加,而解剖列車(Anatomy Trains)為近年來新興的肌筋膜放鬆手法,在本研究中我們運用解剖 列車(Anatomy Trains)的肌筋膜放鬆方式配合泡棉滾筒(Foam Roller) 做自我肌筋膜放鬆與傳統的泡棉滾筒(Foam Roller)自我肌筋膜放鬆 (Self Myofascial Release)相互比較,觀察其變化並從中進行其優劣分 析。 本研究招募 53 位 20~40 歲的受試者,將其分為四組,依序為全 腿組、大腿組、小腿組、足底組。全腿組利用傳統泡棉自我肌肉放 鬆方式,而另三組則是利用泡棉滾筒的自我肌筋膜放鬆結合解剖列 車的肌筋膜放鬆的遊戲規則進行。在執行自我肌筋膜放鬆前會先收 集受試者的個人資料及坐姿體前彎與肌肉張力儀的前側數值,各組 執行完活動後再次收集坐姿體前彎與肌肉張力儀的後側數值。 本研究數據利用 two way repeated measured ANOVA 分析在不同時 間點及四組的數據結果變化。 II 研究結果顯示坐姿體前彎在兩種不同方式的進行下皆可達到坐姿 體前彎增加,但在小腿組未達到顯著效果。在肌肉張力和肌肉彈性 的肌肉張力儀數值中在全腿組與大腿組的比較中,全腿組右腳足底 肌張力上升、對數衰減值上升;大腿組右腳足底肌張力下降、對數 衰減值增加。另外在全腿組與足底組部分則是全腿組的右側足底肌 肉張力上升、對數衰減值增加;足底組的右側足底肌張力值上升、 對數衰減值上升。 泡棉滾筒的使用在過去的研究對柔軟度的增加大多是正向的,在 本次實驗坐姿體前彎無論是利用傳統方式自我肌筋膜放鬆還是結合 近期新興手法解剖列車的原理都能使柔軟度增加。但在肌肉張力的 變化則仍續進一步研究。
The Sit Reach Test is a commonly used method for measuring body flexibility in colleges and universities. In the past, people increased their softness through Self Myofascial Release and muscle massage, More recently, Foam Roller has been used to help increase Selfness by allowing Self Myofascial Release, and Anatomy Trains are emerging fascial relaxation techniques. In this study, we used the Anatomy Trains' fascia relaxation method with Foam Roller's self-fascia relaxation to the traditional Foam Roller Self Myofascial Release. Compare with each other, Observe the changes and analyze their pros and cons. The study began with 53 subjects, aged 20-40 years old and divided them into four groups, which were full leg group, thigh group, calf group and plantar group. The full leg group, uses the traditional foam self-fascia release method. And the other three groups use the self-fascial release by the foam roller combined with the pattern of the anatomy trains. Before performing the fascia release, collecting the subject's personal data and the pre-measurement values of the Sit Reach Test and muscle tension meter After the fascia was relaxed in each group, the post-measurement values of the Sit Reach Test and the muscle tension meter were collected again. The results of the study showed that sit and reach test can achieve an IV increase in two different ways, but it did not achieve a significant effect in the calf group. In the myoton PRO of muscle tone and decrement, in the comparison of the whole leg group and the thigh group, the left plantar muscle tone is increased, and the decrement of the right plantar is increased. In addition, comparison leg group and the plantar group, the right plantar muscle tone of the leg group decreased, and the decrement increased; the right plantar muscle tone of the plantar group increased, and the decrement decreased. Use of foam rollers in the past studies is mostly positive for the increase the flexibility. In this experimental sit and reach test, whether using the traditional way of self-myofascial release or combined with the recent emerging techniques of anatomy trains both can make flexibility increases. However, changes the muscle tone are still being further studied.
