電影劇本《台北撞巴黎》是個碰撞愛情的輕喜劇,試圖表達出:經由「交換公寓」和「海外工作」,兩個城市的文化和生活習慣撞在一起,有時候撞得鼻青臉腫,有時候卻撞出天雷勾動地火的火花。年輕人經由文化的相撞,發現自己,激發夢想,遇到愛情。 本劇本獲得了第二屆台北市電影委員會『順著景點一路拍』劇本徵選銀獎。評審認為本創作:「台北與巴黎的雙城呼應,及網際網路溝通帶來的現代感,讓評審選為不可或缺之新世代劇本。」 《台北撞巴黎》的目標觀眾是有夢想的年輕族群。這個創作不是不食人間煙火的逃避主義(escapism)浪漫電影,與此相反,這部作品是現實主義(realism)的愛情喜劇。希望創造一個有明快節奏、輕巧愉悅的浪漫喜劇,讓觀眾充滿心情與能量,面對現實的挑戰,完成自己的夢想。 本劇本最重要的電影美學參照,主要為劉別謙的「浪漫喜劇」(romantic comedy)和霍克斯的「神經喜劇」(screwball comedy),試圖創作出帶有「劉別謙式觸動」(Lubitsch Touch)優雅愉悅的浪漫喜劇,研討創作「平凡人的愛情喜劇」之美學手法,企圖創作「提升至女人高度的喜劇」,成果台北市電影委員會劇本甄選評審評論為:「劇中的女主角及女配角也呈現出現今台北女性的兩種樣貌,儼然是新台北的象徵。」總而論之,目標為創作輕巧愉悅、有明快節奏的喜劇作品,達到楚浮所說:「眼睛的愉悅」(le plaisir des yeux)這樣的類型電影美學。本創作未來發展的目標,為積極爭取國際合作,拍攝電影長片。
The film script Bonjour Taipei, Bonsoir Paris is a romantic comedy about “collision”. By the means of “exchanging of apartments” and “working abroad”, it’s a love story about a Taipei girl and a “Parisian” who conflict each other with different cultures and life styles; these conflicts are sometimes serious, sometimes hilarious; at the end, they know each other much better and fall in love by conflicts. This script has won the silver price of the Screenwriting Competition of Taipei Film Commission in 2010. The jury commented: “By the culture shocks between Taipei and Paris, and by the post-modern communication of Webcam, this is an indispensable script of new generation.” The target audiences of Bonjour Taipei, Bonsoir Paris are the young people who have dreams. This is not an “escapism romantic comedy”; this is a “realism love comedy”. The goal is to create a delighted comedy with pleasant touches, making audiences full of pleasure and energy to face the reality and make their own dreams come true. The most important aesthetic references of this work are the romantic comedy of Ernst Lubitsch and the screwball comedy of Howard Hawks.This comedy wishes to create “pleasure of eyes”, as Francois Truffaut said about the purpose of making films. The future step of this work is making a feature film with international cooperation.
