簡淡空白─點線的水墨意象

摘要
摘 要 水墨畫是屬於東方人獨特的視覺經驗，如何面對傳統的中國繪畫語言型態和它的形式結構，如何思考及進一步拓展水墨的語言，以寫意形式讓筆墨描寫一個時代，把傳統的繪畫語言進行重建和再造，使水墨繪畫之於一個時代、一種文化、一種藝術形式能夠充分地表現現代意識和精神內容。若從畫家的主觀意識出發，用水墨描寫心中的意緒，則創作者更應該對於水墨的傳統與特徵加以研究思考，筆墨何以獨立於形象之外，如何由形而神，甚至得意忘象，將水墨的形式和筆墨精神當作一個重要的課題，使創作者所賦予作品的外在形式和精神內容，在更高的意境上達到和諧與統一。 在創作的過程中，我將對水墨中簡、淡、空、白加以研討，並研究筆墨純化與書法之間的關聯，涉獵中國山水畫中點、線、構圖、意境…這些藝術表達的形式，並將用筆帶離傳統所描繪的物像，用新的形式來表現現代人的意識和生活。 「用筆」將會是進行寫意創作的第一個研究課題，摸索筆墨的空間及線條，研究勾勒點線的方法，檢閱水墨畫中具有獨立性格的肌理，例如物像的皴、擦、點、染。第二個課題是「空白」，在中國畫的結構中，空白有其特殊的地位，在畫面中與描寫的主體一樣重要。在作品中刻意把畫面處理成較為簡單的虛實關係，用最簡潔概括的筆法描繪物象，形成較為醒目而含蓄的黑白章法。第三個課題是是繪畫中的「意」， 在筆墨單純化的前提下，盡可能表達出更多的意蘊，達到「氣韻生動」的條件，我希望能夠在作品當中以「寫意」為方法，充分利用傳統線條的表現力，藉由書法用筆使作品形式存在於書寫的狀態。 創作作品中，我將感性材料減少到最低的限度，簡化對物像的描述，以筆法提高作品的書寫性，利用水墨可以說是在繪畫中，最單純、最簡單、最感性的物質材料，弱化畫中被描寫的物像。對於水墨創作而言，並非因物像的單純化而顯出畫面的貧乏，事實上正好相反，而是透過筆墨，簡化視覺經驗，觀者可以專注於筆墨結構的嚴謹和力度，及筆墨自身豐厚的精神深度和文化深度。

Summary SHUI MO is a unique Visual Experience in the traditional Chinese painting. The loftiest in all colors are black and white. And the black and white themselves are colors while dot and lines are used to depict apace. The most difficult to depict in all art elements are not only dots and lines, but also the form and conditions of SHUI MO itself. To ponder over the problem how to further develops SHUI Mo, and use SHI MO to represent a scene of time. How to carry on and renew the traditional drawing is a question. The art works should express a kind of spirit that can develop the prospect of Artistic conception. Through the process of creating SHUI MO works, I try to make a study of simplification and blank of object and scene, and the relationship between SHUI and Calligraphy. Use the traditional process of SHUI to represent a new subject. First, concerning the way to draw a line, depict the texture of object through a formed structure that is belong to Chinese sprit. Second, to research How to use the blank in the space due to the reason that white is as important as black in calligraphy. Third to find the Sprit in a drawing while the scene is already simplified. All the description is simplified in the art works, in order to let appreciator can may more concentration to the power and sprit of SHUI MO.
