自 2020 以來,全世界發生了劇烈變動,人類經歷了一波史上最大的經濟危機,百業蕭條。各國因為緊閉國門,導致商業活動、經濟活動、人際交流幾乎全面停擺,各行各業都深受影響。 近年來科技業蓬勃發展,各大科技廠紛紛蓋新廠房,產生機台設備、金屬零件等需求,也帶動雷射切割加工產業的發展。雷射切割加工技術發展至今,經過多年我們學到,環境的變動對於我們這行影響是非常深刻的。可以用來進行切割加工的金屬主要是白鐵(泛指不鏽鋼)、黑鐵(泛指非不鏽鋼)、鋁這些民生常用金屬,加工後可製成的產品五花八門,主要有大型機台骨架、金屬推車櫃、鈑金零件、店家招牌等產品,如果經濟不斷成長,科技大廠有擴廠需求,對於機台的需求就會增加;或是市場看好經濟成長,許多人紛紛出來創業開店,招牌、推車櫃等需求也會增加。相反的,若經濟處在衰退狀態,那雷射切割加工產業也會受到不小的衝擊。 幸運的是,面對龐大的環境變化與競爭壓力,本文的研究個案 J 公司靠著 20 多年來累積的經驗,以及其提供的客製化服務,一步一步地走出自己的獨特性, 有別於市場其他雷射切割企業,個案公司是能夠做到完全客製化,甚至願意與客戶共同研發新的零件,與客戶共同成長。 本研究旨在探討雷射切割加工產業的企業創辦人,如何在劇烈的競爭,以及艱困的經濟環境下,帶領企業走向長青、不斷轉型升級的關鍵因素,主要運用 J 公司作為個案研究對象,透過產業競爭工具-五力分析、SWOT 分析,以及行銷4Ps,具體分析與探討企業如何通過做出市場差異化,提高產品附加價值,從而提升企業的績效表現,並達到永續經營,來證明創新策略可以帶給企業實質利益, 並探討企業在創新升級的過程中,面臨的挑戰與瓶頸及如何克服的方法,以做為 其他公司參考該企業創新經營策略模式。 本研究同時也希望,能幫助到雷射切割加工產業的領導人在制定經營策略時, 考慮企業成功創新的關鍵因素,讓創新成功因素與企業經營策略保持協調穩定, 成功制定提升企業之核心競爭力的策略和目標。此外,本研究也希望通過個案展 示,讓企業了解如何將能夠幫助創新的關鍵因素納入組織的各個面向,並轉化為目標、策略、文化和習慣,以及相關管理實踐。
