基於CWMP之遠端自動控制伺服器之研究

摘要


近年,電信通訊商除了提供穩定的網路品質,也須有能力即時線上管理及維護於客戶端之設備。面對網路終端環境更加複雜之情形下,如何有效率的管理網路終端設備,為值得思考之課題。提供終端設備的網路通訊廠,也必須配合電信 業者提供具有遠端管理之網路終端設備,但面對人力成本的提升及缺工問題的層出不窮,生產線之自動化為降低成本並且提升效率的解決方法。網路終端設備生產測試過程中,須達到客戶所要求的品質及數量也需要建立良好的企業生產形象,需要大量的測試工程師按照規劃之測試手法進行功能性測試,以確保產品品質。 但網路終端設備之特性會造成測試人員無法去負荷之工作量,進而導致產能良率下降。導入自動化控制設定伺服器(Auto Configuration Server, ACS)進行自動化測試,可以讓測試時程縮短及降低人力成本方法。 本研究透過導入自動化控制設定伺服器驗證本地端及遠端用戶駐地設備(Customer - premises equipment, CPE)對產測人力及測試時程改善做為探討與實驗目標,自動化控制設定伺服器是透過 TR-069(Technical Report – 069)與用戶駐地設備進行溝通,TR-069 是以 CPE 廣域網路管理協議(CPE WAN Management Protocol, CWMP)為基礎發展出的通訊協定,透過自動控制設定伺服器驗證關於用戶駐地設備之功能與網路傳輸協定兩項,相較於其他方式,本研究可以減少測試環境限制、人力成本並可降低人為操作上的失誤。 透過實驗法將研究分為兩大部分,第一部分運用自動化程式對用戶駐地設備功能驗證測試原理。第二部分為導入自動化控制設定伺服器配合以 TCL 程式語言為開發工具之自動化程式,設計用戶駐地設備功能驗證,並且驗證加入自動化 控制設定伺服器至原有自動化程式,更能有效的縮短測試時程以及讓人力安排上更加寬裕。

In recent years, in addition to provide the network which with stable quality, ISP also need to have the ability to manage and maintain client-side equipment with real time. In the face of the more complex internet environment, how to effectively manage the CPE which is the topic of worth considering. The vendor of network communication equipment that need to provide the equipment feature the protocol of CWMP to ISP. However, in the face of the rising cost of labor and the problem of labor shortage, automation of the production line is one of the solutions to reduce cost and improve test efficiency. During the production test of network terminal equipment, n eed to achieve the requirement which required by customers of quality and quantity and also need the large number of test engineer to perform functional tests in accordance with the planned test methods to ensure product quality. But the characteristics of the network terminal equipment will cause the tester can't load the workload, and make the decline in production and quality yield. Import Auto Configuration Server (ACS) for automated testing, that is one of the methods to shorten the test stroke and reduce the labor cost. This research import ACS to improve the efficiency of testing. ACS communicates with CPE via TR-069 (Technical Report – 069) which is based on CWMP (CPE WAN Management Protocol). After verifying the functions of CPE and network transmission protocol with ACS, this method could reduce the test environment limitation and shorten much test time.
