Mo-Al-Mo 搭橋之電容式觸控面板 使用壽命改善研究

摘要


摘 要 本論文針對觸控面板中的導電金屬因環境因素導致腐蝕進行改良研究,希望改良後產品能在高溫高濕環境之耐久性測試時數由原本240小時提升至500小時,以確保產品之穩定性及耐用性。目前觸控式產品以在人機介面上直接操作是廣為市場所接受的使用方式,但因使用的環境較為嚴苛,提升觸控面板的壽命為目前重要的課題。透過客戶端使用2~3年後發生故障之產品分析,發現觸控面板中導電金屬Mo-Al-Mo易受潮濕水氣影響造成腐蝕。因此本研究以增加最上層Mo金屬的厚度或變更保護層光阻的材質等方式來增加導電金屬的抗腐蝕性。實驗結果顯示,最上層Mo金屬增加25%之厚度及使用透水率為1.213%之保護層光阻的試片在環測時數能達到500小時。

Abstract This thesis conducts an improvement study on the corrosion of conductive metals in touch panels due to environmental factors. It is hoped that the durability of the improved product can be promoted from 240 hours to 500 hours under the test environments of high temperature and high humidity to ensure product stability and durability. At present, it is widely accepted in the market for touch products to operate directly on the human-machine interface. However, due to the harsh environment, it is currently an important issue to increase the life of the touch panel. Through the analysis of products that have failed after 2 to 3 years of use on the client side, it was found that the conductive metal Mo-Al-Mo in the touch panel is susceptible to corrosion caused by moisture. Therefore, this study increases the corrosion resistance of the conductive metal by increasing the thickness of the uppermost Mo metal or changing the material of the photoresist of the protective layer. The experimental results show that the top layer of Mo metal has a thickness increase of 25% and a protective layer photoresist with a water permeability of 1.213% can reach 500 hours in the ring test.
