產品的設計工作從早期的紙本作業,慢慢進入電子化、數位化的系統,在資訊系統 迎來新一波工業4.0的衝擊發展,既有的產品設計模式或資料架構勢必無法滿足需求, 傳統產業在面臨大量客製、少量多樣以及短交期等諸多產品需求,除了設備自動化升級 外,其他有關設計、備料、排程、製造、儲運如何從大量人工作業轉型,利用資訊系統 能夠快速精準因應市場的競爭。 個案公司在推行PDM專案範疇中,產品設計是一切生產活動的源頭,本研究從半成 品料號的重新整理編碼,如何賦予唯一的半成品料號,落實一物一料號的精神,為未來 資訊系統處理半成品料號的併單生產安排奠定基礎。藉由導入國外業界已有實績的設計 軟體技術支援,協助將既有的設計卡資料從平階BOM轉變為多階BOM表,除了可提供可擷 取的結構化產品設計資料,並有效提升產品的設計品質與效能。
