設計思考使用意圖影響因素之研究

摘要


隨著經營模式的改變,以及對設計的注重,企業與組織提高對創新的需求,而漸漸廣泛應用設計思考來解決商業與社會問題。本研究流程首先將資料蒐集與分析,參考許多文獻後,確定以設計思考使用意圖之關鍵影響因素為本研究主題。確認研究題目後,針對相關文獻探討與整理,了解設計思考、個人因素之科技接受模式與人格特質、人際因素之社會規範與社會支持、工作特性,以及使用意圖。理解相關資訊後,確定以問卷調查法與深度訪談法為本研究方法,將收集資料加以整理與分析,做出結論與建議。 本研究對象為參與設計思考工作坊的學員。利用問卷調查,篩選出實際運用設計思考於生活和工作中的八位學員進行深度訪談。從中探討學員學習設計思考之動機;在學習過程所獲得的效益與影響;如何運用在生活與工作中;操作過程所遇到的困難與挑戰,以及設計思考使用意圖之影響因素。最後提出具體建議,以提供後續想要導入設計思考的組織作為參考。 本研究資料結果顯示: 一、個人對於設計思考之知覺有用性、知覺易用性會正向影響使用意圖。 二、社會規範對於設計思考使用意圖具有正向影響。 三、工作自主性對於設計思考使用意圖具有正向影響。 關鍵字:設計思考、使用意圖、知覺有用性、知覺易用性、社會規範、工作自主性

The demand for innovation has increased with the transformation of business models and the focus on design. Design thinking has gradually been used by enterprises and organizations to solve business and social problems. This research process starts with the collection and analysis of data. After referring to lots literature, the influencing factors of the usage intention of design thinking is the subject of the research. After confirming the research topic, using relevant literature collect and organize to understand design thinking; technology acceptance mode and personality traits of personal factors; social norm and social support of interpersonal factors; job characteristics; usage intentions. This study confirms the questionnaire and the in-depth interview as the research method. Finally collecting and analysis of data, and then makes conclusions and suggestions. The subjects in this study were the students who participated in the design thinking workshop. After questionnaire surveys, the eight respondents who actually used design thinking in their life and work were selected for in-depth interviews. The purposes of this study were to discuss the students’ motivations of learning design thinking; benefits and influences of learning; how to use design thinking in their life and work; difficulties and challenges of the operation process, and the influencing factors of usage intentions of design thinking, finally, make specific suggestions to provide the organizations that want to introduce design thinking as a reference. The results of the study: 1.The individual's perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use of design thinking will positively affect usage intention. 2.The social norm will positively affect the usage intention of design thinking. 3.The autonomy of job characteristics will positively affect the usage intention of design thinking.
