這個研究是關於由芳香胺酚類化合物來製造芳香酚重氮硫酸氫鹽類。我們一共合成出了三種重氮硫酸氫鹽類,o-hydroxybenzene diazonium hydrogen sulfate,1-hydroxynaphthalene diazonium hydrogen sulfate,2-nitrobenzene diazonium hydrogen sulfate。在合成各種不同的重氮硫酸氫鹽時發現有例外發生。4-胺基-3-硝基酚在相同的條件下無法合成出重氮硫酸氫鹽。在探討這個例外的發生原因後,衍生出一系列有關去胺還原反應的實驗。根據這些實驗發現去胺還原反應必須要有拉電子基的官能基才會進行,而且每個苯氨類化合物要進行去胺還原反應必須要達到特定的溫度才會發生。溶劑和重氮鹽基的不同也會影響反應的進行。最後依照這些實驗的資料,提出一個合理的反應機構。
This research is about preparing the aromatic diazonium hydrogen sulfate from amino phenols. We have synthesized aromatic diazonium hydrogen sulfates, o-hydroxybenzene diazonium hydrogen sulfate,1-hydroxynaphthalene-5-diazonium hydrogen sulfate and o-nitrobenzene diazonium hydrogen sulfate. In the diazotization of 4-amino-3-nitrophenol,the diazonium hydrogen sulfate was not obtained. For investigating this exception, we begin a series of the experiments about the reductive deamination. From the results, we concluded that the reductive deamination is proceeded if the aromatic compound has electron-withdrawing function group, solvents and the diazonium salts also affects the reaction. Final, we propose a mechanism to explain the results.
