射出成型合理化參數評估系統-充填模組建立

摘要


中文摘要 在塑膠射出成型產業當中,由於產品變化皆朝向多樣化,使得製程參數必須針對每一種產品來設定其製程參數。以往這些試模、調機、製程參數之設定,必須要仰賴有數十年經驗的老師傅,產品開發的速度與變異性增加、精度要求提高,也因如此這些製程參數的設定與調整無法像過去一般,可長期依賴老師傅的直覺與經驗判斷。 本研究提出一個以理論公式的簡易計算方法為基礎並搭配模流分析軟體的龐大資料庫與運算能力所建立的充填模組,在本文中設計平板模型(Strip Model)使用四種流長比(L/t)60、80、100、120並搭配四種不同的厚度設計分別為1.0mm、1.5mm、2.0mm、2.5mm,經由長平板模型的模流分析結果,並以狹縫流變理論經驗公式為計算基礎,來使用簡單的計算方式來求得最佳射出時間、射出壓力等成型參數簡易評估。 研究結果顯示當中透過理論公式計算得到與模擬分析的修正因子、塑料黏度建議值及成型視窗建議區間,提供射出成型參數評估系統之充填模式來應用,且此資料也可供業界做為成型上的依據頗具參考價值。

In the industry of plastic injection molding, because of the diversity of the variation of products, the process parameter has to set its own process parameter for each product. These setting of trouble shooting and process parameters have to depend on master craftsmen who have several years of experiences to make the process of trouble shooting proceed successfully to find out the best condition of processing parameter. However, because of the increasing turnover rate, the increasing speed and variability of product development as well as the increasing precision, these setting and adjustment of the process parameters can not follow the old pattern which used to count on master craftsmen’s instincts and experiences for a long time. According to the simple and basic calculation of the empirical theory as well as the huge database and calculation of the CAE analysis, we can set up the molding window in the workable molding parameter system. In the context, we design a strip model with different thickness and L/t. Through the result of the CAE analysis and the slit flow theory for calculation, we can get simple process parameter assessment such as the best injection time and the injection pressure. What’s more, we can also gain the element of theory calculation and simulation analysis revision as well as recommended plastic viscosity and recommended molding window not only for the injection pattern of the shooting process parameter system but also for the industry to be a basis of its molding.
