The first part of this thesis is the introduction of extradosed bridge which includes statically and dynamically structural analysis, structural characteristics and behaviors, research motivation and method. A comparsion among extradosed bridge, cable-stayed bridge and prestressed bridge are conducted to investigate the structural behaviors of a certain single tower with two spans extradosed bridge in Taiwan. The main study of this research focuses on the static and dynamic analysis by using the package TANGO and Finite Element software SAP2000 to discuss the internal forces and deformations of the extradosed bridge under different load combinations, and expect the results are not only useful for specification writers but also can increase the security of the bridge.
