雙翼養育系統與牧養工作之探討-以浸信會恩惠堂為例
A Case Study of ”Two Wings Pastoral Care” in Grace Baptist Church
摘要
「雙翼」理論，透過健全教會的八種優良特質指引發展出健康的教會。韓國金聖坤(Sueng-Kon Kim)依據這個原則，設計出信徒六個階段的訓練模式及完整的教材。 本論文旨在以浸信會恩惠堂為範本，除完整說明浸信會恩惠堂牧養事工的演進及如何開始導入一個新的牧養系統(雙翼)。也分析浸信會恩惠堂依循「雙翼」的完整結構進行的四年當中，在教會人數增長和參與者對其個人在信仰歷程中的變化。 據此，本論文匯整了零散的紙本資料，就這段進行的歷程作完整的紀錄，以協助教會未來可依此論文中的格式接續完整的紀錄，並由參與著問卷填答，給予牧著長執未來進行方向的修正和補遺。

"Two Wings" theory, through a guide to eight essential qualities of healthy churches to, we develop healthy churches. According to this theory, Sueng-Kon Kim designed the six-staged training mode and complete teaching materials for believers. The purpose of this paper is to account the development of pastoral care, the way to conduct a new Two Wings pastoral care system in Grace Baptist Church, and analyze the alteration of personal religious growth and the growth of church after following the Two Wings nurturing system for four years. The study records the training of Two Wings Pastoral system, provides the interests of participants and non-participants to assist churches to follow the records. By attendants' questionnaires, pastors could emend the vision of a church.
