本文研究軸承設計分析運算服務系統進行的雲端開發工作內容,目的在探討「如何開發一個使用網路技術去處理複雜運算與資料庫分享的軸承設計與分析雲端平台」,本文根據軸承設計手冊中的演算法,幫助軸承設計者設計新軸承時或選取軸承時,可以透過網路線上運算,得到該軸承學術的設計值及所欲設計的性能。 本文建立動壓頸軸承及止推軸承的運算服務於Windows Azure的單機試作平台中。動壓軸承亦將軸承特徵數與性能參數之關係圖建立成資料庫,以內插法的計算方法取代原本軸承計算時所需查表的過程,再將原本需要反複計算的部分,編寫成迴圈進行程式運算,用以減少軸承設計所需之計算時間。使用者在輸入尺寸、承載等各項參數後,經過雲端計算,即可獲得油膜最小厚度、偏心率、最大壓力、流量等特性數據。
This paper studies the bearing design and analysis for the development of computing in cloud computing services, content which aims to explore "how to develop a technique to deal with complex network computing and database for bearing design and analysis on the cloud platform". This paper integrates bearing theory with the use of efficient algorithms and various optimization for design parameters for the user to use as a network tool in order to help designers to design a new bearing or select the bearings, online operations over the network, get the bearing design parameters and performances. This paper has established radial journal bearing and trust bearings computing services on Windows Azure platform in stand-alone test version. For radial journal bearing, the bearing number of features and performance parameters of the graph created as a database, when user input size, load and other parameters, through cloud computing, the minimum oil film thickness or eccentricity, maximum pressure, flow rate, etc. and characteristic data can be gotten.
