台灣的面板廠因生產製造設備的造價成本極高,加以使用面板的電子產品不斷的推陳出新,生命週期較短的特殊型態,面板的需求及製程不斷的因應市場的變化而推陳出新,故而造成面板廠製造型態都屬二十四小時之生產模式。而提供製造設備廠房,以及供應生產設備所需的資源之管理統稱為廠務系統。 因面板廠房廠務系統供應的特性,故廠務設備會依其生產設備散佈在廠房內的各處,為能有效的管理散佈在工廠各處的廠務設備運轉並供應生產穩定的資源,於面板廠的廠務系統中,均會設置廠務監控系統(Facility Management Control System,FMCS)。利用此FMCS即時掌握廠務設備運轉之情形,與廠務系統相關的警報和資料的收集彙整,目的為提供生產製造穩定的環境和能源供給。 由於FMCS的應用領域廣泛,而不同的廠務系統應用領域的特點和監控的要求,導致FMCS系統解決方案的多樣性,但不論哪個領域的應用,FMCS系統功能要求是相同的。 本研究係針對Allen-Bradley可程式控制器的應用技術:數據的收集和監視控制,應用於面板廠的FMCS中,使廠務系統維持穩定運轉和即時掌握設備的管理。
It is necessary for Taiwan panel factory to operate 24 hours daily because the cost of manufacturing equipment is extremely high and the life cycle of panel is very short, resulting from fast promotion of these electronics products, the demand of panel innovation, and the change of the manufacturing process. To provide excellent quality of the manufacturing equipment’s and power supply for mass production, the resources management plays an important role in a panel factory, which is also named as the panel factory system. To effectively manage all the factory facility equipment’s operation and supply stable resources for mass production, based on the characteristics of the panel factory system, the equipment facilities will be placed in different places of the factory for providing their services. This may be called as the Facility Management Control System (FMCS) set in a panel factory system. Furthermore, equipped with the factory monitoring system can also handle immediately any kinds of situations, such as the related alerts, data collection, etc, for providing a stable production environment and power supply. Due to the broad use of the FMCS, it can be also utilized in different factory systems. This reason motivates the research for the control of the Allen-Bradley Programmable Logic Controller, which can apply the technology of data collection into the panel factory monitoring system for making the system run constantly and handle the management of equipment immediately.
