面板製造業之產品生命週期管理(PLM)應用服務導向架構(SOA)設計之探討

在電子產業漸漸進入微利化的時代，產品快速的的更新，縮小單一產品生產規模，已經是業界的常態，速度、功能、成本成了創造超額利潤的不二法門，而這種現象在電子產業屢見不鮮。產品生命週期管理是以產品為主軸進行的整合管理，結合企業內部、不同企業間的協同合作，因此需要管理跨組織的之間的資訊交換，流程之間的連結，而產品生命週期管理系統就是為了這些需求而誕生的資訊系統。本研究想要以SOA的架構設計，PLM系統為對象，針對PLM系統的部分模組、新需求，來簡化現行IT架構，透過SOA架構，讓異質系統整合變得容易，程式再用度也提高。架構出一個標準的訊息交換平台，將流程、服務、介面模組化，讓IT部門主動、快速的滿足使用者對於資訊系統的業務需求，增加IT部門的價值，提昇企業的營運效率。
