在電子產業漸漸進入微利化的時代,產品快速的的更新,縮小單一產品生產規模,已經是業界的常態,速度、功能、成本成了創造超額利潤的不二法門,而這種現象在電子產業屢見不鮮。 產品生命週期管理是以產品為主軸進行的整合管理,結合企業內部、不同企業間的協同合作,因此需要管理跨組織的之間的資訊交換,流程之間的連結,而產品生命週期管理系統就是為了這些需求而誕生的資訊系統。 本研究想要以SOA的架構設計,PLM系統為對象,針對PLM系統的部分模組、新需求,來簡化現行IT架構,透過SOA架構,讓異質系統整合變得容易,程式再用度也提高。架構出一個標準的訊息交換平台,將流程、服務、介面模組化,讓IT部門主動、快速的滿足使用者對於資訊系統的業務需求,增加IT部門的價值,提昇企業的營運效率。
